I can agree with others. Mr. Daly is superb. If you have an issue, he will respond to you even on the weekend. He does his best to get you everything you deserve. He is very trustworthy.

My case is currently ongoing and I'd recommend Mr Daly to ANYONE. He won't tell you nothing that he doesn't know or that isn't a fact. If he's busy on the phone shoot him an email he always responds right away even on Sunday when he can! Communication is huge and that's just 1 out of 50 things this man is great at. Even his staff are wonderful. He definitely is the best in the business when it comes to a REAL ATTORNEY he fights for YOU you'll never have doubts by having them especially Mr Daly fight for you and trust is big for me but I trust them 100% and I never even met him 😮💨 But like they say the Proof is in the pudding !

Mr Daly has been my Attorney for a few years now. His services are both Technically elegant, and very streamlined and speedy. Mr Daly's knowledge of the Law is comprehensive, and he knows how to get results. I simply could not have navigated the dangerous waters of an injured worker without his help. I cannot say enough about him, there is simply not ample room or time here, suffice to say he is without a doubt one of upstate New York's finest Lawyers. He is the Best!
