This Law Firm is terrible. We completed partial of our case with them but it left a lot to desire. They made mistakes when registering my husband for his consular appointment. To the point where USCIS advised for us to to let them know. They should be more careful especially when completing very important information. To them it's just a "job" but for us The Applicants this process is everything. Unfortunately my husband was placed under "Administrative processing" and after a month he was finally approved. We did notify the law firm ASAP and all they said was to wait they showed no importance of the situation. They never followed up with nor shared if they received updated emails on there end. Thankfully I was not just relaying on there information but I was reading and researching on my own. My husband has received his green card. I would advice to look for law firm that will assist you but most importantly show importance. Best of Luck!

My experience with the lawyer was excellent. My case was difficult, but he did what he does best: a good job, everything was done on time. Now I'm a resident… I highly recommend him. Thank you, Evangelista Low office.

As far as I'm concerned, there's lack of professionalism, condescending, rude, lacks communication and refuses to acknowledge mistakes. I think the reasons he was able to help some people was because their cases were easier and just refuses to actually work. The staff are god sent angels, if it wasn't for them, I think the office would not stand.

I was recommended to Evangelista by a fiend. As we started case I felt they were very attentive and explained everything with great customer service. Some how my husbands case was lost or maybe even never sent. I kept calling over and over informing them I had not received letter from immigration stating application had been received. A year later they say that immigration lost it. Mind you I paid the application fee of $930. They than tell me they have to resubmit the application. Between that time I spoke to immigration twice and they informed me an application was never submitted. Meaning it could have been sitting somewhere in their office. They do not ever call to update and inform you they are still pending. Last time I talked to attorney was when my husbands application was submitted for the second time March 2023. I have paid off the attorney and continue waiting. I feel they need to be more attentive on cases and have more communication.

The lawyer is serious. Some day he’s rude but he gets the job done! Within three months of going to him he finished my paperwork and doesn’t charge fully in advance. Great lawyer I really recommend him.

(Beware of this lawyer!) Over a year and a half ago, I paid $1,000 to this supposed immigration lawyer to help me fill out a form called FOIA to get information about my immigration case. However, I never received any help. Every time they called, they asked me to sign papers, and this happened every three or four months. They would call to ask me to sign and request information. It seemed like they didn't know how to do their job, because I had already given them all the information they were supposed to provide. The last time I called them, just a few days ago, my daughters and I were excited to receive good news since my case had been pending for quite some time. When I called, the secretary who answered was very rude to me. Just for asking about my case, she told me she was very busy answering phones and that I wasn't the only one, and that I should go see the lawyer. When I went to the appointment with the lawyer to ask about my case, he also got angry. And she accused me of being disrespectful to the secretary when I called, and that's why she couldn't help me with my case anymore. Right in front of the other secretaries, she tore up my case papers. Now I'm frustrated because I lost $1,000 and my precious time, which is very valuable right now. My daughters are also upset, and I'm left feeling worse than before, with no answers. The secretary was even laughing at me, like she was mocking me, and that's not right, folks. Be very careful with your money and your time.
