My public defender Samuel Van fleet is the best, he has been so helpful & very informative. I could tell he really cared about my case and what I wanted. I would definitely recommend him or anyone @ Everett Law Association.

As far as this particular office goes, it is one of the better ones. They work hard and have a huge case load right now. I suspect more than their fair share. Most of them seem to be on their client's side, as much as possible, since it's likely most are not enemies of the Prosecutor's office. Even though these guys get paid by the state, they do seem to care about the case in front of them and will do what they can for you. Bottom line is that these guys/gals tend to represent their clients as genuinely as they can, & the law allows, seemingly moreso out of most of the Public Defenders in the county.

They wanted to charge more then i could afford but was very professional over the phone.

They changed my life for the better and fought for me! I highly recommend Mr.Berringer and Mrs.Blackburn! They are great at what they do!

These public defenders are friendly & knowledgeable though understandably busy. Over 2 years sweating it with 4 bogus looming charges over my head, my 9th public defender, a badass by the name of Aaron Swenson, helped get my life back. Thank you!!

I've been trying to get a hold of my public defender since I was arrested on July 15th. Thus far he's never called me. I'm about to report him to the bar association.
