Just want to start off by saying how lovely my experience is every single time I go to therapy. Every person who works there on south congress are champs!! I want to give a special shout out to my boy Austin he’s been my instructor each time and is the bomb dot com. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs PT to come to ATI off south congress!! Thank yall for everything !
Had sciatica for 7 years from a herniated disc at L5-S1, plus a ton of nerve tension. Saw 7 different PTs and had 3 MRIs done, but nobody ever got to the root of the issue. Dr. Singh at Expert Manual Therapy in Austin figured out my pelvis was misaligned and that’s what was driving everything. He gave me one-on-one attention every session and followed up with videos on proper technique and cues for the exercises. After just a few sessions I already feel a huge difference and I’m back to running pain-free. We’ve got a plan going forward and I’m feeling better than I have in years. Highly recommend.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Singh. Over the years, I’ve seen so many practitioners in my search for relief—physical therapists, chiropractors, alternative medicine doctors, sixth-generation acupuncturists, trigger point therapists, massage therapists, you name it. Dr. Singh is the only one who has genuinely helped me.
When I came to him with ongoing neck pain, it was completely gone within just three sessions. He truly knows what he’s doing—and honestly, it’s no surprise his practice is called Expert Manual Therapy. You can tell this work is his passion, and that care comes through in every visit.
If you’re struggling with pain or any issue that physical therapy can address, please do yourself a favor and see Dr. Singh. My wife and daughter are also patients of his and have found wonderful relief too. Our whole family is grateful for him.
Dr. Singh is simply outstanding. As someone who has dealt with chronic pain and seen countless providers over the years, I can say with confidence that he stands apart from the rest. From the very first appointment, he took the time to truly understand my history and see the full picture of what was going on–something no other doctor or physical therapist had ever done.
The results speak for themselves. I experienced meaningful relief after just one session, and my progress has continued to build with every visit since. Beyond his skill and knowledge, Dr. Singh genuinely cares about his patients.
I am incredibly grateful to have found his practice and recommend him without hesitation to anyone dealing with pain of any kind.
I wholeheartedly recommend TJ at Expert Manual Therapy. I started seeing him for a lower back and disc injury after a motorcycle accident, and he’s been an essential part of my recovery—both physically and mentally.
One thing that immediately stood out was how easy it was to get started. TJ offers a free online consultation, and I was able to book a same-day evening session, which made a huge difference when I was in pain and needed help quickly. He’s also incredibly responsive—he gets on callbacks and Zoom meetings very quickly, which makes it easy to get immediate guidance and support when you need it most. Being able to connect with your PT virtually like that is a huge plus.
His manual therapy sessions are truly exceptional. He has a deep understanding of the body and takes a very thoughtful, hands-on approach that feels both precise and incredibly effective. Each session leaves me feeling noticeably better, and over time, I’ve seen real progress in my recovery.
Beyond his technical skill, TJ is just a genuinely supportive and compassionate person. He’s gentle in every sense—his techniques, his communication, and his overall approach to care. During some of my toughest days, he’s been a steady and reassuring presence.
He’s also very knowledgeable about the broader recovery process, including handling things like protection letters and working with my personal injury lawyer, which made navigating everything much less stressful.
Overall, I’ve truly enjoyed working with TJ and feel very fortunate to have found him. If you’re dealing with an injury and need someone skilled, attentive, and highly responsive, he’s an outstanding choice.
Dr.TJ and Stephanie both are highly knowledgeable and helpful. They offer long time solutions and tools to fix your issue instead of just a band aid. You can tell they truly care and are very sweet and professional
12 Months of pain, $6k, and 10+ Providers Later—Dr. TJ Singh Fixed What No One Else Could.
I don’t leave reviews often, but if you are where I was—frustrated, broke, and ready to give up—read this.
I spent over $6,000 trying to fix a brutal knot in my rhomboid. I’m talking 30+ massages, "pain doctors," and multiple physical therapists. Nothing worked. I spent months wasting time, energy, and money while my quality of life plummeted. As someone who lives to work out and stay active, being sidelined was starting to lead me into a dark place. I was honestly starting to get depressed because I couldn't do what I loved.
I had completely given up hope until I walked into Expert Manual Therapy.
Dr. TJ Singh literally gave me my life back. He listened to my concerns and didnt sell me his services just for $$$ . He truly cared and understood my pain . While every other "expert" just chased the symptoms, Dr. TJ and Stephanie actually did the work to find the root cause. They didn't just rub the spot; they solved the problem. That "permanent" knot? Gone.
For the first time in a long time, I’m finally getting stronger again. I feel myself getting better every single minute. I owe TJ and Stpehanie a big thank you from bottom of my heart !
I would never go anywhere else. If you are tired of the run-around and want a team that actually understands biomechanics and high-level performance, stop wasting your money elsewhere and book here.
Life-changing results. Period.
Dr. TJ Singh was able to diagnose and assist me immediately during my first visit with him, after I had already tried and failed for months with other practitioners (PTs, an orthopedic surgeon, an acupuncturist, and chiropractors ect.). I had heel pain for years and had been told it was plantar faciitis, a weak calf muscle (gastrocnemius), and lack of heel fat. But none of the therapies including, PT, active release, redlight, ultrasound shock or a steroid shot really helped me improve.
However, thanks to Dr. Singh, I now know it was in fact my tailbone (s1) that was compressed and my hips were out of alignment. Dr. Singh helped me by adjusting my hips and tailbone and then reinforcing their stability through PT of my glutes. After 6 weeks of seeing him, I can finally see my work (with his guidance ) paying off. I’m able to walk longer distances and more often without pain. I still have more work ahead but, it’s so nice to see a light at the end of the tunnel after years of pain.
If you’re having physical pain and your symptoms aren’t improving, I would highly recommend giving Dr. Singh a visit. I am so grateful to have found him and his practice of manual therapy.
TJ was a wealth of knowledge and helped me discover that I was very hamstring dominant and my glutes were basically never engaging which had led to years of chronic back pain. After a few months of regular sessions and continuing my at home exercises my back pain is much improved and I’m feeling muscles I’ve never engaged before. Would recommend.
I am so happy I found Dr Singh. I was treated using PT for months with no positive result. What a waste of money! After my first session I felt a lot better. I like that Dr Singh understands how the body is all connected and is able to give me a full body realignment if needed. I knew something was out before but no chiro or PT I went to was able to look at me holistically. I plan to go do monthly “tunings”. Thanks Dr 👏
