Honest review: I called this office and he called me back the next day. He was out of town for work. He was generous enough to give me his thoughts about my situation. He spent literally 25 minutes, free of charge, to speak to me about my case. Not once did he ask me to pay him eventhough he’d have been justified to do so, and I would have had no problems at all paying. No one in America does that. There is no free service in America, it’s unlike anywhere else in the world; everyone wants to take money from someone else even when no real or useful service is provided. A crooked contractor quit our home build mid project due to his own insufficiencies. Despite being paid up to date in full , he demanded an unreasonable amount of money - claiming he did not include his fee in the initial bid and other egregious nonsense. Unfortunately, our incompetent banker had no idea how to handle the situation. He admittedly had never had this happen before. His solution was to completely shut our construction project down for months until we met the contractors outrageous demands. These two “men” left me with a half finished home at 6 months pregnant with no ability to restart the project unless we “paid off“ the scum bag contractor. These two entities were essentially holding our home hostage in a very unfair situation. My husband and I reached out to Mr Fahl who expertly navigated the situation and was truly a saving grace. He dealt with the contractor who had the mental capacity of a toddler and the professionalism of a snake while simultaneously and gracefully leading the bank to see the error of their ways. Ultimately, we were able to walk away from the situation very favorably and restart our project. We desperately needed an ally in our corner and Mr Fahl delivered.

I first had the the pleasure of meeting Glenn at LBX Lighting, Inc., a lighting company which I own here in Houston Texas.
