Started out like gangbusters, but change in principles and time, began to feel like they represented the insurance company. By the end, felt like I was being reprimanded for asking questions. The feel was "we don't ruffle feathers at the insurance company, we get a 1/3, you get the balance when we get around to it, and you keep quiet". They collected $50k in fees basically to clear a check from Progressive each month. Definitely not aggressive. "The boys network".
