Just ended my conversation with Mr. Conway himself and I am completely frustrated even more with explaining my case to him. In the process of me explaining my case I was cut off multiple times with him telling me well I can’t do it if you’re this way and basically made me felt like I lost The case before I even started it . I understand that they want you to provide them with the most accurate information but with this being my first time and my first case which I’ve let him know ... some of the things arent going to sound as professional as he would want them to so he would need to work on a bit more patience with the new clients and understand that some people have social anxiety so it’s hard for them to talk. I ended the call abruptly just for him to call back and basically say the same stuff again and then try to tell me to calm down and not take it personally so with that being said you all can enjoy this Google review!
