Wasted time. We have a claim against Mercedes for a breach of Warranty, Miguel Moreno said they’d be happy to take on this case. After more than a month of no responses, he then backed out and said they would no longer take on the case, and gave me a random number of someone that doesn’t do any kind of breach of warranty claims. Mercedes has explicitly refused to repair my car due to “investigation of root causes” but this investigation has been going on for 3 years now. It’s time for them to take ownership of their issue. Farah and farah agreed, gave me hope, now completely tore that away without explanation. Now don’t respond to their emails at all.

Farah & Farah are not a very wise choice of representation, 4 years with different attorneys on my one fall and injury case where I had multiple surgeries and broken bones. After I didn't settle for chump change, I took it all the way and was bamboozled with the Judge and attorneys making a ZERO amount for my case (without me being present).
