After 2.5 years of patiently waiting, I’m so happy my case has finally been resolved. Never having an auto accident previously, or dealing with any kind of litigation, I had no idea what to expect. 2.5 years felt like a lot of life happening with no resolve and the cloud of all this hanging over me and my family constantly. There seemed to be quite a bit of staff turnover on the team which caused a lot of delay in communication at different points in my time working with F+F, which at times was a little discouraging. That being said, after the initial settlement offer we’d made was countered with a fraction of the amount, my attorney Alex Fadoul worked for over a year to fight for the maximum amount we’d be able to get, and doubled that counter offer. Having brought Amanda Jones on to pick up the pieces left by changes in staff, things were wrapped up cleanly and quickly and I received more than I thought I would by the end. It was a long process, and hard to be patient through the life changes that the whole situation brought on, but I’m happy that this chapter is closed, and happy with Alex and Amanda for taking care of things for me.

Had a great outcome with Farah and Farah!! Alex Fadoul was great and he especially fit me the outcome I deserved. The process took longer than I expected but the wait was worth it. The only thing I would change is the communication. Some weeks went by and you were left in the dark. So I would recommend weekly or by-weekly check ins just to insure the client is up to date with the advances in the case. But overall my experience was top tier!!!
