She explained things so perfectly where i never got off a call with her and was confused. I wish she was seeing my case all the way through but it moved to litigation to someone different. Reached out to this office to do a case review. No issues if this isn’t a case they can help, totally fine with that but they asked one pertinent question regarding the case. The person doing the “review” didn’t know how to spell very simple words like “pacemaker.” Due to this, very minimal information was able to be relayed before they said they couldn’t take the case. When I called the ask how they could review the case without any information, the person who answered the phone started reading details of the case to me, all of which weren’t correct or the information I provided. I asked how a case review could be done without any information she couldn’t answer and instead just spoke over me. Bad experience but I guess this is another reason to work with local people instead of corporate offices.
