I got rear-ended at a stoplight and didn’t think I’d need a lawyer, but I’m so glad I ended up calling them. They took care of things I wouldn’t have even thought of and really made a difference for me.

After my car accident, I had no idea what to do. The team guided me step by step and were so kind and supportive throughout the whole process.

I was in a car accident back in 2022, (other drivers fault by the way). The truck tow driver referred me to Farah Law Firm claiming they were fast and reliable from “his personal experience”. My husband and I were new to being in road traffic accidents so we trusted this guy and went with them. Farah Law had extremely poor communication skills, sometimes unresponsive, and were unreliable. They had my case from one person to another. I started off with Elizabeth then Kelly and then to a different lady (can’t remember her name). At times I would try to call or text them and I would get no response back or I would get sent to their secretary. I understand lawyers are busy people but the way I would get no response till 3-4 texts later (separate days sometimes weeks by the way) was ridiculous. Not to mention it took them almost a year and some months to finalize my case. I also had to deal with spontaneous healthcare appointments made without being made aware of until third party’s would call me to confirm. I’ve been reading some of the newer comments and it seems like they’ve improved the law firm, but I can’t say the same for my experience.

In my experience, I really liked their attention and their work in all aspects. They were very meticulous in their work and kind. Kelly, in particular, was very nice and was in charge in my case. I recommend them without hesitation. 🥰

Farah law group and all its members have been great working with always keeping me up to date with what’s going on. Everyone there has a great attitude which makes everything better. I really am so thankful for Farah Law Firm the team including Mr. Farah, Kelly, and the medical team have been extremely helpful throughout this whole process. I was updated as well as they always answered calls and texts with any questions I had. I would have been lost if it wasn't for them being there! They were phenomenal to work with after my car was totalled. Very clear and concise up front. Every question I had (and there were a LOT of them!) was met with a thoughtful and informative response. Kelly Cruz handled my case like a champ, she kept me updated frequently, explained each step to me, and took the time to answer my questions and offer personalized insights. Hopefully I won't need legal assistance again in the future but if I do, I know who I'm calling first!
