I want to sincerely thank the team at Fasig Brooks, specifically attorneys Ryan Molaghan, Carrie Roane, Jimmy Fasig, and paralegal Jennifer Harness, who fought to get my medical bills covered after an uninsured and distracted driver slammed into my car at a stop light. Initially I did not hire Fasig Brooks, instead going directly through my insurance company because I carried uninsured motorist coverage. My own insurance company offered me an amount that was less than one tenth of what my medical treatment ultimately cost, despite me carrying a policy that was more than sufficient to cover all care. They were calling me 3 times a day heavily pressuring me to accept their tiny offer and sign a form to absolve them of any additional obligation. My insurance company was solely motivated to pay as little as possible, without any regard to my health. Because of this, I hired Fasig Brooks. Without the hard work of the team at Fasig Brooks, I would have been stuck paying my five-figure medical bills out of pocket despite carrying insurance coverage for the exact situation that occurred. They were VERY responsive at first & then once they gave up on my case I had to call/text repeatedly to get any responses; after months of waiting.
