Brace yourselves, this is going to be a long, glowing review. I have never been through anything before. I was injured, (not in a car accident), the law firms that advertise heavily on television rejected my claim. David’s office did not. I spoke to David personally a few times, always professional, respectful, and empathic. My injury was inherently not my fault and I endured costs, change of daily activities for several weeks, and pain. David matched me with attorney Josh Haller, what a great supporter. I explained to him how clearly I was uncomfortable with the whole process, but felt I should at least be made whole. I had to pay copays and deductibles and medical devices that I never would have been subject to, if it weren’t for the negligence of the defendant party. Josh advocated for me.
