Rick Fenelli is extremely knowledgeable and professional and very personable. He is an expert in estate planning. I was very impressed with his knowledge and background when I attended one of his seminars. I have a legal background of working with various attorneys for almost 20 years. He was able to explain the legal and tax consequences of improper or poor estate planning in layman's terms. His seminar was very helpful in helping understand the importance of proper estate planning. He is warm and personable and has a legal network of professionals that he works with. His office is very hospitable and welcoming. His daughters who are also attorneys specializing in estate planning are also very hospitable. I would highly recommend Rick Fenelli and his daughters to anyone seeking to complete their estate planning. Rick's book was also very informative and helpful in explaining the consequences of not having your living trust done properly.

Would suggest against using this "law service"...this office has attorneys who in the past have given very poor if not negligent advice in areas of the law that they do not even practice in. They are smug and make problems and create problems for their clients...my advice...go somewhere else.
