Mr. Fernandez is a person with very little professional ethics, despite boasting of his 45 years of experience, which are worthless. He took my case and then, out of the blue, called me and said he couldn't help me. I already had all the documents and the money. We had a consultation and everything was fine; it was just a matter of fixing the status of a family member with a visa to obtain residency through a citizen—nothing out of the ordinary, but anyway… I'm just leaving my comment so you'll be careful with this old man…

A year ago, I went to a lawyer for help with my residency application, but he refused to take my case. He said I would NEVER be able to fix my status, even after I told him I had a visa.
