I was introduced to this law firm by a close friend from church, Harrison Kohler. From there I was connected with Gabe Knisely who fought tenaciously for me. I cannot recommend these terrific people enough. I was in a position where I did not know what to do or how to do it after my accident and they took me through the whole process, communicating with me frequently and treating me like family.

In 2022 my dad was involved in a terrible accident. We spent 16 days in ICU before my dad passed away. A couple of years before this, I had a friend that was hit by a drunk driver. He had a firm that handled his case with such class, dedication, and compassion. I asked him who they were and he said Finch McCranie! All I had to do was make one phone call and the next thing I know, Richard and David were in my office, meeting the family. They stood beside me through all the madness and stress of a lawsuit. They invested their own time, money, and resources to fight for justice for my dad! Richard has become a father figure to me, truly! He is a man that I respect with all my heart! Despite being a contingency case, Finch McCranie provided exceptional representation and kept me informed every step of the way, with plain English explanations. Eventually, the case ended up going to court with a jury trial. During the five-day proceedings other Finch McCranie attorneys and a paralegal spent time in the court room leading their expertise to the team. Words can not describe how great this law firm is. If I could give it a 10 star review I would. They gave me more than a fighting chance in my case and for an incredible outcome. I had Richard Hendrix and I just want to say be careful if you have him. He wanted to settle my lawsuit at mediation so much so that he told me I didn’t need to be online for the first portion and when I did come on I found out his first counter offer was 200,000 less than we were asking for. He didn’t advocate for me during mediation much at all, didn’t mention how the defendants were caught red handed reading from a falsified report during depositions Didn’t mention that my Dr said I couldn’t work in any capacity. He didn’t even know I had the letter. I was also told it takes a jury of 12 in a civil matter but someone reached out to me and said it is only a jury of 6 in Georgia. So then there’s that. He made his 40k real quick and I paid the price. Very poorly handled. Just be careful. I dont mean to disparage anyone but people need to know the good and the bad so they dont settle for much less than they should have. I can’t have a do over but I can maybe help someone else.

Don't waste your time. I called to seek advice after reading on their website they handled matters such as mine. I was met on the line with an arrogant man by the name of Hendrix who interrupted me multiple times while I was trying to tell my story. I wasn't able to finish any thoughts or statements while speaking with him without him interrupting me. He didn't seem to have care nor compassion about any of the issues I had and seemed to only care about how much money he could make off the case. When he determined there was no substantial monetary gain I was no longer "worth his time". Be cautious of attorneys like this. Good attorneys who actually care about the injustices of the world instead of lining their pockets are hard to come by. This office doesn't seem to be one.

I found every staff member with Finch McCranie, LLP, to be courteous, professional, and most importantly - knowledgeable. Carl Lietz handled our needs promptly and with empathy; I *highly* recommend this firm and have complete confidence in their quality of work.

My mother called for a consultation. My mother asked the secretary if she spoke spanish and she said no. So then my mother went on to explain in English her case. Now she isn’t fluent but she can speak English. After telling her the story, the lady rudely said ‘you need to find someone that speaks spanish’ and hung up on her. This is unprofessional and the secretary should be ashamed of herself. If you’re a minority, steer clear of this place.
