Back in January 2024..my realtor Christina Schroeder and the sellers agent Ann Marie Kyzer used this law firm. It wasn’t made known to me that I could hire my own closing attorney! Two different contracts. When I purchased my home. The sellers agent and broker allowed me the privilege to obtain the sellers contract, which is missing lots of documents that I don’t have in my contract! Yet no one from any business/company will return a phone or an email response.
