Did not do a good enough job on my case and when I confronted him he told me he didn't care if 1 out of 99 clients were unhappy.

Bottom line is Bret and his team saved my company! We were sued by software giant Microsoft Corp. with some pretty nasty allegations. His business savvy and high-stakes litigation experience brought my small company through a difficult and terrifying challenge. We reached a mutually acceptable resolution and Bret made sure our insurance paid what they owed after ignoring our claim. We needed Firepower and Bret delivered it. Go to him for difficult legal problems for your business, period.
If you are in a business that requires errors and omissions insurance, sooner or later you will be sued. There are people who make thier living suing insurance, and your insurance company will appoint some hack who probably plays in a rock & roll band with the palintiff's attorney. Bret and his team shut them all down. I definately would recomend him
Bret, Is the greatest. Bret is a very talented attorney. He is an attorney that will stick by you to the end. He won my case! Thanks Bret
