I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and communication from Fistel Law Group. I had an initial consultation on November 24, 2025, where I was promised that a demand letter would be prepared and sent the following week. Since then, I have sent multiple follow-up emails (December 9, December 18, and January 22) asking for a status update. While I received one generic response on December 11 stating a team member would contact me "soon," no one ever did. I would not recommend this firm if you are looking for timely communication or reliability

They all stood in front of me to make sure I was well taken cared of. I'm eternally grateful. I hope I never need another lawyer, but if I do, my very first choice would be Scott Fistel and his amazing group of hard working attorneys. I can't thank you enough.
