FL Patel Law: I found Attorney Patel and his staff to be very professional, proficient and easy to work with. I would strongly recommend this firm for your business needs.

Genie was very rude. She refused to give me an appointment saying she didn’t want to take my money and that no one would be able to help me with a question I have about starting up a business. When I first explained my question she told me I would have to make an appointment and it would be $75 for 15 mins. After I told her okay she immediately said oh you know I don’t think anyone here can help you. I repeatedly asked her to make me an appointment and I’ll pay . She repeatedly said no because she wasn’t sure about what I was asking or needed help on. I asked could she just make me an appointment with someone who would know, then she proceeds to say “ I would know because I’ve been here years” . I am trying to start up a business and I was recommended to this firm by SCORE. Very discouraging when I’m only trying to ask a question to make sure I am within limits of the law. Makes me feel like she is trying to hold me back, but I won’t stop until someone helps me. But I will not ever want to do business with this company very horrible first time experience . Also she told me they only help ppl who already have an LLC but from the reviews they help with startup businesses as well. Not sure why she made everything so difficult for me. I was not welcomed there
