November 2, 2019 was the worst night of my entire life. Long story short, I was sleep driving on the evil insomnia medication, Ambien, which I had been on for 11 years, legally prescribed. I'd had some of the other well-known sleep behaviors such as sleep-walking and sleep-texting, but the driving was a first. I blacked out at a stoplight and I thank God I didn't hurt or kill anyone. I was arrested for DUI-Drugs. As soon as I was out of jail after a grueling and traumatic 36 hours, I researched law firms and remembered Flesch and Beck from their radio ads on the sports talk station I listen to. Because my case was complicated, and because it was immediately obvious that I would be a high-maintenance client, Kevin Flesch took my case rather than assigning it to an associate. He put me at ease--as much as was possible--during our in-person consultation. He told me he knew I would need a lot of hand-holding during what could prove to be a difficult case. I was embarrassed that I was such a needy person, but grateful he recognized it. Kevin went above and beyond answering my dozens and dozens of email messages throughout the three months of representing me. He never said I needed to stop emailing, rather was always encouraging, even when I think we both knew the outcome might not turn out as I wished. Between Kevin's masterful representation and a major miracle that happened with the DMV, he was able to get my charge reduced from DUID to Reckless Driving. Kevin had warned me that to get the charge reduced that significantly would require going to trial and he emphatically told me we would not be doing that--that I couldn't handle the stress, which is completely accurate. So not only was the charge dropped two notches, the punishments were cut in half. And because I was only charged with Reckless, I kept my license (mostly due to the officer not showing at the DMV hearing which we knew was a long shot). Whereas when I first met Kevin I was terrified of being sentenced to jail despite having no priors, he assured me jail would not be part of the punishment. And he was correct. I honestly cannot praise Kevin or his firm enough for his impeccable representation. I am deeply grateful. (I would be remiss to not state that my results may not be typical. But one thing you CAN count on is that Kevin Flesch and his firm will be in your corner every step of the way.)
I'll admit first I was a little confused as I spoke with Kevin to take my case and Lori showed up to my first court appearance, but I am sure glad she did. Lori was great, she was on top of everything and was very knowledgeable on my case. The thing I found the most valuable when working with her is her honesty. She was very upfront on what to expect and she never over promised and kept to the facts, which is really big for me and hard to find in any type of service industry these days. I feel the outcome of my case came out better than I truly expected and can remember sharing a hug with Lori once it was all over. She definitely was godsend that helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. Working with Lori was like working with family, her sincerity does not go unappreciated. If your looking for a beacon of light through a treacherous storm, this team may be it. I am sure Kevin is amazing as well, but in all honesty I did not get to work with him much. Last note, they are very responsive and promptly responded to my millions of questions.
Kevin and their firm are by far the most amazing attorneys that have ever existed. I have been using Kevin not only for my criminal legal matters but for a plethora of other things that have been an obstacle or issue in my life. Not only do they treat you fairly but they are the most reasonable priced attorneys out there. Kevin has always gone above and beyond not only as an attorney but as a human being in general. He has always treated me with the utmost respect and dignity and made me feel as if I'm almost like family. If I've ever had any issues even if it wasn't legal I've been able to contact him and he has always always been a key provider in my successfulness as well as me being able to move forward in difficult or scary situations that I have found myself in. Not only did miss Beck get a better outcome on my case then I thought was possible but she also showed a genuine care and concern for me as a client. She made my experience dealing with her a personable one and didn’t treat me like just another payday. She definitely knows her stuff and way around a courtroom. I retained Kameron Gateley to assist and represent me in regards to a legal matter that I have been dealing with. The odds were stacked against me and It appeared I was likely going to have to accept an agreement that I did not feel was justified. Kameron was empathetic of what I was going through. He asked all of the right questions. He made sure to do all of the heavy lifting for me. He was extremely professional throughout the entire process.
