Great team, justice was served!

Jeannine represented me in a fairly basic divorce case in 2024 and 2025. I am fairly certain I was a pain in the butt since I questioned everything that was going on. I think she did me a favor by not responding half the time and charging me for things that didn't matter. The one time she did listen to me, I ended up regretting it but she put in the extra effort to "undo" my mistake before the case finished. I really appreciated that. She's really busy but she does her job well while dealing with some of the most unhappy people on the planet. If she takes your case, consider yourself lucky. I'm taking a star off because the paralegal changed near the end of my case, some documents were lost, and the delay almost extended the case and my financial liability.

What a wonderful outcome to my court case. I was awarded 50-50 custody of my Children and was able to modify my child support in the best interest of our family. One of the best things about this firm is they’re super close to the courthouse and have great availability in terms of work life balance. I have a great coparenting relationship with my ex at this point, and I think a lot of it was due to the fabulous worked done by these individuals.

I would leave no stars, After going in and talking with Flynn we had a plan. But they filed in the wrong county, mind you we went to her because she practices in Grundy county and had the home address! And had the nerve NOT to return any portion of the money and refused to return any calls. SMH I am sure she will respond with some shift of blame instead of doing what is right. She knows that this cost me another $12,500 for another lawyer to get it right and a simple I am sorry could go along way! But the sad truth she took zero responsibility and kept the money. So sad !

I loved the paralegals here and had a great experience with them. Their professionalism and attentiveness was very much appreciated. I did seek legal council with Patricia Flynn and was not satisfied due to unprofessional conduct. This conduct created significant doubt and concern for the direction of my case. For this reason, I do not recommend her services.

I called this law firm hoping to get some help, but the receptionist clearly couldn’t be bothered to even speak with me. From the start, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like I was wasting her time. She couldn’t answer basic questions about the attorneys or their experience, and gave off the impression that helping potential clients is just not a priority here. If the front desk is any reflection of the firm, I wouldn’t trust them with anything important. Sue was extremely unprofessional and this was frankly a waste of time. As a paralegal for a law firm, I hope that the partners know how the firm is being represented to potential clients. I was referred to this firm by a friend of Patricia Flynn and I am so shocked that my experience was so poor.

Megan Einsele is a great lawyer! She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like I could always ask her questions and she would give me detailed answers. Megan is very thorough with her work. I really appreciated she was able to help with my legal work through phone call instead of in-person. Megan always seemed to have my best interest in mind and legal issues & terms in an easy to understand way.

No regrets! Hiring Flynn Parker-Ross was the best decision I could have made for me and my family. They are competent, reliable, and honest. Jeannine and Sue make a great team, and I found it easy to trust them with handling very sensitive details of my life.
