The staff at Folds Walker were very responsive and took prompt care of transitioning our out-of-state documents to be Florida compliant. Danielle managed our process through both remote and in-office meetings in a way that made us feel very comfortable. Meeting with Scott as well was the icing on the cake. My husband and I feel like our documents are in good hands and we will not hesitate to use Folds Walker for our future legal needs.

A very difficult and unpleasant closing process. Received rude treatment at the need for mail away closing, inappropriate/unnecessary comments were made intended as jokes possibly but in poor taste, received insufficient information to perform mail away closing correctly, numerous errors were made on documents that were found by us the buyers resulting in hours of wasted time. The only reason the documents were signed correctly is because of the previous mail away closing experience we had and knew to ask questions. Seemed to lack attention detail or motivation to get this executed in a timely manner, poor communication with realtor/buyers. Gave the impression they were too good for such a transaction, even though the bio says that real estate closings are a practice area. Would not recommend for real estate transactions.

Very knowledge and helpful, was finally able to evict the tenants in my home.
