There's this Internet thing that asks folks to describe their home State without using it's actual name... Coloradoans responded..1)"Where towards the mountains is an acceptable direction;" 2) "Mile 'high' *cough*... ;" and 3) "If you're ever hurt in an accident, call the Strong Arm."
Everyone I met after my car accident -- doctors, nurses, hotel ." staff, Airbnb hosts, etc (and family/friends too) all half jokingly but with a certain twinkle in their eye asked, "soooo did get to call the Strong Arm?" It was kinda fun replying "well yes...yes, I did. And I have an amazing attorney! No...not Frank Azar... My attorney is Erica Vecchio. She's been at Azar for a long time, and definitely knows her $#!+
My accident sucked. It happened 3 days before I was leaving on a month long trip. The week earlier I moved out of my place, put my things in storage and was camping with friends. Went to the grocery store and on the way back to the campsite....bam. Next thing I know I'm in an ambulance being transferred from Salida to the Colorado Springs. 10 days in the hospital. 5 hours of surgery for my shattered heel + 5 cracked ribs + fractured sternum. No "home" to go to when I was discharged...scared as anyone could be.

In July of 2024, my fiancé and I were on our way to a date night, driving safely on I-25 in our brand-new 2024 Kia Sorento—just one week after purchasing it—when our lives were abruptly turned upside down. A reckless driver, speeding at nearly 90 MPH, rear-ended us, caused injuries to both of us, and then fled the scene. In October of 2019, I was in a fairly serious auto-accident on I-25. At the suggestion of several people, I decided to contact Frank Azar and Associates regarding my case. I spent time researching reviews and one name kept popping up time and again, Phillip Amos. When my case was accepted, I requested to have Phil on lead. It ended up being one of the best things that have come out of this entire situation.
My case was progressing normally and I was referred to stellar treatment and doctors by Phil. While I was focused on my rehab, Phil was focused on my case and it was moving along smooth as silk. I began to have high hopes that my treatment and my settlement would soon reach its end.
Enter CoVid19.
As the entire country began to shut down and my own employment vanished, I began to experience a very real fear for my financial situation and how long my case would (most likely) now drag out. Come to find out, I had nothing to worry about. The pandemic didn't stop Phil one bit. He remained vigilant on my case and continued progress, dauntless in his pursuit of resolution. Each step during the shutdown was hard-won by Phil and while my case slowed a bit, it never stopped moving forward. During this time he maintained close contact with me, provided regular progress reports, and even reached out time and again simply to ensure I was doing okay.
I am completely satisfied with the treatment and care I received from Phil (and his support team). Phenomenal lawyers!! While my daughter(1½ at the time of the accident) and I were on our way to a doctors appointment, she had an ear infection, an individual ran a stop sign in Denver. I was unable to stop in time and we crashed.
My vehicle was completely totaled. My daughter was strapped in and was thankfully unharmed. I on the other hand, suffered some moderate injuries, broken bones, airbag burns and whiplash to name a few. The gentleman who failed to stop was ticketed at the seen and named as the one at fault by bith police and accident investigators.
His insurance (American Family) claimed ONLY 60% of liability, despite police and investors findings and decisions. I knew immediately that i needed not just a lawyer, but a great attorney and that's exactly what I got.
My attorney and his aide(s) always kept me fully informed on everything that was happening. I never had to call them get an update, only to ask questions (and i had A LOT of questions) they always took the time to talk to me, and called back in timely fashion and explan anything I didn't know/understand. Very kind, considerate, and compassionate people. They set VERY reasonable expectations for everything. From time frames to settlement amounts.
After a period of time, we (mostly them) were able to settle my case. The icing on top of the cake... my settlement was A LOT more than I expected. I almost cried when it was given to me. The AMAZING woman who gave me the check (my attorney was present on the phone but unavailable to be there in person due to quarantine) was just as excited as me.
I don't know what I would have done without them representing me and my case. They are amazing.

Throughout the process of resolving my case, my attorney Travis Young, provided sound legal advice and clearly explained the steps throughout the process until its final conclusion.
The only critique I have, is that there were periods of time I wasn't contacted in regards to the status of my case. If anything I would suggest that F.D. Azar implement a proactive requirement that clients are contacted periodically. The intent would be to reassure them that action is being taken, but has been delayed by unforeseen reasons. In my case, having to wait an inordinate amount of time for the Veterans Administration to respond to medical records requests.
To clarify the incident I was involved in, I was involved in a car accident in July 2015. I contacted F.D. Azar in August 2015 shortly after I was approached by the other driver's insurance company. It wasn't until this month September 2018, 3-years later, that a final resolution was obtained. It was 3 years of stress and frustration that took a toll on both myself and family. Hind-sight being 20/20 I would not go through the process again, regardless of the financial settlement obtained. My advice to all is that they should remember that the legal process has ever been referred to as efficient and/or expedient.
Once again, my attorney Travis Young, helped guide me throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs sound and honest legal advice.

All dogs, even nice ones, can bite, especially when puppies or elderly as their teeth are sharp or they are moody in their old age. Be aware of dogs, your dog, your friend’s dogs and your kids. Do not leave your children unattended with dogs, all it takes is one attack to change someone’s life forever.

Paul Mahoney is horrible. I got into a car accident with my dad in June of 2024 and ended up with Azar since my dad called and I was forced into this place.
Me and my dad both had Paul which wasn’t appropriate since he would talk about and mention both of our cases to each other.
Fast forward to November of last year my dad told Paul about my moms passing and he just decided to give me space which is understandable but when I called to get things rolling on my case in January I was told that Paul left the firm. I was like what the hell and asked if I can get a new attorney. I heard nothing but I called back in February and got in contact with Paul again. He told me that my medical costs weren’t concerning him even though I was getting close to the policy limit for one of the insurance policies. After calling and not getting an answer I decided to find another attorney.
I find one and found out that I was close to getting close to the policy limits and Paul was just letting me run up the costs instead of saying hey we need to stop. I’m glad I left before I did the spine injection I needed since that would have gotten me over the max for one policy.
Honestly I don’t know why there’s so many good reviews here. All of the attorneys are hard to get ahold of and they don’t look at their cases seriously. I would NOT recommend anyone ever do business with Frank Azar unless you don’t want to get any money from your claim

You End up doing Most of the foot work such as gathering your own evidence, your own Bills, your case is constantly being transferred to another interm to another. Had 6 different ones in less than a year. They misplaced or lost Documents, so they can charge to submit for them again. You provided they don't consider. Anything to charge more. They end up with half of the total settlement amount just in fees minus the medical bills, ECT! In most cases. They don't care if you lose jobs, Home, family members ending up in nursing homes, loss of savings nothing!! They don't fight for everyone like they say they do. Didn't get nearly what I lost in work wages, oh and pain and suffering they minimize!! So if you have a Big lawsuit they work and fight if it's small. Your on the back burner. Have to keep on them. And expect the small minimum amount of service, and payout. And I was a passenger in an Uber ride!! Keep that in mind when watching their commercials!!🤦🏾♂️😡😢🤢

A terrible experience with this law firm. The lawyer, Matt Bennett, is only good for deceiving and stealing your money. He never shows his face; from the moment you contact him until the very end, he never shows his face. You'll never get to know him because all he does is deceive you by saying he's investigating further to see if the people who hit you have insurance or not. Since you're a first-timer in an accident and don't know anything, they tell you, "Let's investigate further," but it's not true. From the first moment you speak to them, they quickly know if the other person has insurance or not. That's what happened in our case. He kept saying he was investigating and investigating, and then he closed the case. Of course, he never found anything because there was nothing on the part of the woman who hit us. In the end, this lawyer kept 30% of each of our payments—mine and my husband's—which he shouldn't have kept because that money belonged to us. It was from our insurance that we paid for. If he had been honest, he would have left us alone, and we would have collected all the money that was rightfully ours. They're from our insurance company, but since it was our first accident, thank God, they take advantage of us and manipulate us into believing other things. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company; they're thieves, and you never even meet them in person.

In June of 2024 my wife and myself were involved in a car wreck in which the other car was speeding and jumped the median hitting us, causing a frontal collision.
We were transported to the ER by ambulance and had xrays, CAT scan, etc. done with minor injuries. We were advised to get a lawyer and particularly Frank Azar. We called and they accepted our case.
From then on they completely took over - they handled all correspondence with the other driver insurance and also our insurance, they kept us up to date and answered any questions we had.
The final settlements with both insurances were substantially greater than if we had tried to handle alone and was done very quickly with zero headaches for us. They took care of all problems that the insurance companies kept bringing up.

Don’t waste your time, they collect personal information and information about car accident, and then they say we can’t help you. What’s the reason? It’s unknown. I don’t believe the most of 5 star reviews are real.
This firm is a real disgrace. Don't hire them; you'll only waste your time and money. They almost committed a terrible injustice against me. I was hit by an Aurora police officer, a serious accident where they had to remove two discs in my neck. And I almost lost my case because they abandoned it. Two years after I started working on it, out of nowhere, they sent a letter saying I had a few days to get another lawyer. The worst part was that no one else wanted to take my case because they had left it unfinished. Even worse, they wouldn't give me my file. I went to the office several times, and they came up with excuses, but they still wouldn't give it to me. I was racing against the clock, and thank God a good lawyer became interested in my case, but without the file, he couldn't work on it. So I had to threaten to go on the news if they didn't give me my file, and that was the only way they gave it to me. It even seemed like they wanted me to lose the case against the city. This happened several years ago.

Having been in an accident where I was a victim to drunk driving, Bob Rock helped me get the care and resolution I needed. The offenders insurance was severely low balling me, attempting to settle less than my medical costs. Eventually, Bob was able to get them to pay out a fair amount. I would hope never to need an attorney for this reason again, but if I do, I would certainly again choose Azar, preferably Bob Rock, if available.

I started with another attorney and Patty Meester took over weeks into this process. I originally felt passed around as anyone would but then realized it was the best thing that could’ve happened. Patty has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She has responded within 24hours every time I needed anything and has never dropped the ball. I was in a Motorcycle accident and reached out to Frank Azar. At first everything was fantastic. Lawyer called got everything setup first couple days. It has now been ove a month we’re I have reached out to my lawyer both via email and leaving Voicemails with zero response. I have been asked by medical staff and insurance to sign stuff, and have zero idea if I should. They charge you a premium to represent you, isn’t returning your calls and answering your question part of your representation. I can’t say for the other lawyers in the group but Bob Rocknhas been a higher disappointment for the services I expected for not only what they are charging, but what the name Frank Azar means. Do not go here!! My husband was in a bad motorcycle accident and fractured his pelvis and had to learn to walk again over the course of a year. The driver that hit him ran a stop sign but because they had insurance in Florida, we were told we couldn't get a dime over 20k. After all the lawyer fees we walked away with 14k which didn't even cover medical bills. Not to mention we lost the motorcycle, and lost wages for a year. They just didn't want to give us their time because we had a "smaller" case. I've known people who have been in little fender benders that got more money then we did. If I could give zero stars I would. I feel like we got robbed!!

I don’t even know where to start with this called “company”! Had the worst experience with them!!! I don’t even know where to begin with this phenomenal team! I was in a serious car accident and unfortunately had an attorney prior to working with Frank Azar that did not care about how I was feeling and the pain I was constantly in. I felt left alone to deal with things that I didn’t understand and was very scared I would live with these injuries for the rest of my life. A friend recommended that I speak with Frank Azar and his team and thank God that I did! They took such good care of me and even accommodated my children just so I could meet with them in person. Everyone I met after my car accident -- doctors, nurses, hotel ." staff, Airbnb hosts, etc (and family/friends too) all half jokingly but with a certain twinkle in their eye asked, "soooo did get to call the Strong Arm?" It was kinda fun replying "well yes...yes, I did. And I have an amazing attorney! No...not Frank Azar... My attorney is Erica Vecchio. She's been at Azar for a long time, and definitely knows her $#!+
My accident sucked. It happened 3 days before I was leaving on a month long trip. The week earlier I moved out of my place, put my things in storage and was camping with friends. Went to the grocery store and on the way back to the campsite....bam. Next thing I know I'm in an ambulance being transferred from Salida to the Colorado Springs. 10 days in the hospital. 5 hours of surgery for my shattered heel + 5 cracked ribs + fractured sternum. No "home" to go to when I was discharged...scared as anyone could be.
My attorney Erica Vecchio -- she made me feel better. I was frantically constantly worried. Stressed. Scared it would take forever to get a settlement from the other drivers insurance company. I was just like my accident.... A total WRECK!!
Maybe if I had waited it out longer I could've gotten more money in my settlement, but not much more. (I did my Googling and learned all auto accidents in Colorado and elsewhere. I'm pretty confident that I was at the top, or very close to the most I could get for my injuries.) There's plenty of unsympathetic attorneys who would've encouraged me to do just that -- wait it out. Erica Vecchio (and everyone at Azar & Associates) completely understood my unique situation. They helped me get a settlement offer, a check, and actual money in my bank less than 8 months from the date of my accident, and just 2 months after I finished physical therapy!
If you want an attorney, and an entire experienced team of professionals who will listen, explain your options and understand your situation (even when you don't).... Then you definitely should "call the Strong Arm."

I choose Frank Azar like everyone else, because he is on bill boards all over Colorado and have watched him on advertisement for ages. I was rear ended and my paid off car was totaled at the time of the accident. In the emergency room, I had my daughter call Frank Azar's office at 7PM and they immediately took action, the following day, I had an investigator from Mr. Azar's office call me and gave him details on the pain I was currently suffering. I talked to one attorney and in-between, had 2 other attorneys. Even tho I was being changed attorney's, ONE person always stayed with me, she was my Client Analyst, Carlie, she walked me through everything that SHE was doing and encouraged me when I didn't know which way to turn. Terrible experience took 2 years to settle my case and ended up with very little money out of the settlement paid for my medical expenses and lawyer fees ,absolutely zero communication from the attorney's, never again
I got shuffled around to 3 different lawyers and dealt almost exclusively with a paralegal who would tell me the same thing when I wouldn't get any updates for months at a time. It was only after getting my 3rd lawyer and second paralegal that it was discovered they never pursued an avenue that should have been step 1. By the time they discovered the error, the deadline to pursue action had expired.
It was ultimately me pursuing a lead without the help of this firm that led to a decision in my case. By this point I was at the end of the line where they send you when your case has taken too long to resolve.
It took approximately a year from the date of my final treatment to have my settlement check issued. What really blows my mind is that - knowing all of this - I was asked for a five star review.

I was hit by a tractor trailer on I -25 last year. I suffered some minor injuries and my car was totaled. I immediately called the strong arm the same day. They were able to help me recieve medical treatment with no up front costs. Josh Hotchkiss was my attorney and did a fantastic job. He was able to settle my case in about 10 months. I was able to get enough to pay medical bills, attorney fees, and have enough left to pay for another car. I would highly recommend.
Their so unorganized, you'll never know what lawyer your going to deal with it changes every month. You'll receive unsure answer. They are worse law firm I ever had to deal with. So money hungry,they don't care about their clients

Awful. So awful. My case went through 5 different lawyers. No one ever knew what was going on. My boyfriend and I were left in the dark 80% of the time and only heard anything when WE reached out. I got rear ended pretty bad (December of 2020), still have horrendous back issues and pain every day. My boyfriend was the passenger in MY car. He walked away with 20k in pocket, and they put 7k in my pocket. Mind you, my car was totaled and I didn't have a vehicle for over a month. Still seeing a chiro and doing accupuncture. I could have taken it to court, but it was stated that if I do, I could walk away with even less than what they "fought for". I just closed out my case today because I was over trying to figure out "what happens next". Would not recommend. Oh, and fyi, they take 35% from both sides of the settlement, the at fault AND your own insurance.

Alexander Beale was professional and was able to negotiate a very good deal with the insurance company. My wife and I were hit from behind while waiting for a light on south Broadway. I would love to leave a better review however I seem to be having difficulty getting the remaining check that was supposed to be issued. I think the amount is a little too high to just disregard. I have reached out several times and it just doesn’t seem to be a high priority for anyone to respond back to me. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I wish Helen was still the one I was working with, she’s fantastic, she was always available when I needed anything etc…I honestly don’t know how to resolve this matter. The experience I had was amazing up until this little issue. So far it has been over 3 weeks and I have only heard back from them once and was never told the status of the final payment. SMH just sad honestly.

Well, as far as what I know from law, (Licensed PI) and medical study, (Certified Medical & Administrative Assistant) I had a medical malpractice case.
I've been abandoned by multiple doctors at a practice, my life has been turned upside down, I've lost all of my medications thanks to this, and I'm struggling with extreme chronic pain. Right now, I'm not even sure how I'm going to get through the day.
They wouldn't even bother with me.
And I was not given any reason why or any other resources.
Completely unimpressed. They didn't even bother to speak to me directly. But after looking at other reviews, maybe I should be grateful they didn't.
As a professional myself, I expected better - and am continually disappointed by people whenever I try to get help from them. :/
I was hit by a man who ran a red light, totaled my vehicle and my injuries have kept me out of work for over 4 months. Was T-boned in an accident, medical bills were adding up, called Frank.
1- since the very first call to the last, I recieved nothing but professionalism, and above courtesy.
2- was continously updated on every new development about my case. Even in the "in between" moments I was still in the loop which made me feel like u was their only client. Most of my interactions were with Mr Justin Mccormick whom insisted that I knew and understood what was going on. Very reassuring.
3- After everything was said and done I came to realize that Frank and his team mean business! They pride themselves on the commitment to fairness and willingness to do what it takes to make it right. They are true to their word when they say they'll fight for you.
4- If I ever were to have a problem in the future I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to call Frank again, it has been a very good experience, can't say that enough.

I was rear ended while my vehicle was disabled on the road. I suffered a head injury and multiple back injuries. I called Frank's office the day after the accident and they got to work right away. Honestly the first few months were a hassle, my attorney at the time had his own personal issues he was dealing with and it seemed to be interfereling with his job at hand. I requested for a different attorney and was then paired with Bob Rock, who wasted no time with the case. I wish he was attorney from the go but he was able to get me the max amount of money that I could get and in a great time frame. I can't speak for all of the attorneys at the office but Bob made sure I was always in the loop, would call whenever there was an update and would always call back if he missed my call. Worse place to go for workers comp cases. The attorney did not fight for me and wanted to close my case for less then what the insurance company was offering. No communication no results so I had to change attorney to someone better who will fight for my back injury.

At the beginning, the original lawyer lacked communication and did not respond to emails or messages. He even misplaced my paperwork. After a change in lawyer, the communication improved. No more misplaced documents. The time it took to process the case seemed long but, it does not help that Covid-19 occurred during it all.
Took two weeks of them telling me they would work on my workman comp then get a call saying there not going to take my case even though I have on file with my drs that I have nerve damage from the surgeon and was abandoned these people are ambulance chasers they don't care about anything but making money off of you all you are is a car payment and they'll treat you like it the whole time

After almost two years with another attourney from a big reputable firm running us in circles we were at our wits end. Josh Hotchkiss picked up our case and was nothing short of amazing. Within three months we were settled, for what we thought was an good value given that we were hit by a convicted drunk driver in broad daylight. I was T-boned by a drunk driver in August of 2020. My brother recommended Greg Dowty with Frank Azar and associates after having hired Greg for an accident he was involved in. I am very glad that I listened to that advice as I was in no condition to talk with insurance companies and try to make sense of everything. Though based in Colorado, Greg took my case in Missouri and took care of everything, even getting a much larger settlement than expected. Ryan J Hoover was my attorney. I had never filed a workers comp case my entire career. But this was necessary. I didn't expect to get much from the settlement. In fact, I was thinking only my medical expenses would be covered, and maybe I would get a couple grand after fees and cost. Ryan was diligent, responsive, and showed true compassion. Constantly checked in on me, and settle the case for some much more than I thought even after fees and cost. Josh Hotchkiss is my attorney in this case. I feel he has handled my case with tenacity. He was not at any time afraid to tell me the bottom line in my situation. I was rear ended by a drunk driver with no insurance. The insurance coverage was my med pay and un/under insured coverage. I've heard these cases take up to a year, and my case has been ongoing since July 7, 2019. I just got a settlement...from my insurance policy. I am applauded by the insurance companies ability to drag their feet. And how is it ok for my insurance company to only pay partial payments to my medical providers. Insurance companies are not a friend to the victims, they only love the money they can get and the ability to control the public with their confusing and ever changing policies. Phenomenal lawyers!! While my daughter(1½ at the time of the accident) and I were on our way to a doctors appointment, she had an ear infection, an individual ran a stop sign in Denver. I was unable to stop in time and we crashed.
My vehicle was completely totaled. My daughter was strapped in and was thankfully unharmed. I on the other hand, suffered some moderate injuries, broken bones, airbag burns and whiplash to name a few. The gentleman who failed to stop was ticketed at the seen and named as the one at fault by bith police and accident investigators.
His insurance (American Family) claimed ONLY 60% of liability, despite police and investors findings and decisions. I knew immediately that i needed not just a lawyer, but a great attorney and that's exactly what I got.
My attorney and his aide(s) always kept me fully informed on everything that was happening. I never had to call them get an update, only to ask questions (and i had A LOT of questions) they always took the time to talk to me, and called back in timely fashion and explan anything I didn't know/understand. Very kind, considerate, and compassionate people. They set VERY reasonable expectations for everything. From time frames to settlement amounts.
After a period of time, we (mostly them) were able to settle my case. The icing on top of the cake... my settlement was A LOT more than I expected. I almost cried when it was given to me. The AMAZING woman who gave me the check (my attorney was present on the phone but unavailable to be there in person due to quarantine) was just as excited as me.
I don't know what I would have done without them representing me and my case. They are amazing.

I was in a horrible car accident in September. Frank Azar and Associates came to my rescue. The attorney assigned to my case was Phil Amos. He came and met me while I was still in the hospital and was awesome from there. My case was a little complex because the driver at fault was my boyfriend and Phil did everything I needed him to and more! He made me feel very comfortable the whole time, explaining every step as we went along. He got me the most money that was possible without hindering my relationship with my unborn baby's father!! My lawyer Wade Zobel was literally all I could ask for. He always made me feel comfortable talking to him and he made sure I understood everything going on with my case. Frank Azar and associates arent worth the time of the day. I emailed in for a consultation and provided them with a very specific question: Is my case viable? Although they had a representative reach out an hour later to ask for specific details of my case, it took 2 days for me to receive a response and their response was, "We won't take your case but you can go to the colorado law board website and potentially find representation there." When I asked why they wouldn't take my case I was given an I don't know answer. So the entire premise of my consultation was still up in the air. Joseph said he would have a manager contact me, however, I have not heard from his manager with a response to my original question. Instead I am left with the same question I was looking to Frank Azar & team to provide and have been left no better off from consulting this team.

Frank Azar is the worst Attorney ever! I was electrocuted to death on a job in 2014. While I was in a coma in the hospital my son hired his firm. I made a miraculous recovery and went to see Frank after I was released from rehab. During that conversation I was told he couldn't help with my problem and that he recommended I get on well fair. So I hired Jordan Law firm and won my case. Frank Azar can't handle a case that takes actual work. Only hands down insurance cases in my opinion!

Just wanted to give a big thanks to Adam Gleason. I never thought about how much a car wreck would change my life. Not just the pain, but the stress of dealing with insurance companies, doctors, physical therapy, missing work ect...
I was honestly hesitant to get a lawyer at first, but the whole thing became too much of a mess for me to handle. Adam was on my case from the moment I called and there for me the when ever I needed something. It amazes me how much insurances companies don't want to help you, but Adam was able to somehow work his way through the mess and got things figured out for me. I currently have Franklin D. Azar & Associates representing me for a personal injury case (auto accident, not my fault) and recently posted a negative review but was contacted by Mr. Zachary Balkin within 5 hours. He called me “after-hours” and still took time to explain any and every little detail that I asked about. I was impressed by his genuine concern that a client wasn’t satisfied.
It was over two months ago since I posted this review, and I haven’t heard a single word from my attorney regarding my case in that time. There is no follow up, I feel as though I’m being intentionally ignored at this point. A year ago my life was changed drastically when a semi truck lost its brakes coming down I-70 and directly rear ended our car. The accident caused a pile up on the highway and left me with medical issues that I still deal with today. When I met with Phil Amos at Franklin Azar & Associates, I immediately felt like I was in great hands. He was attentive to my case and always checked on my progress in a way that made me feel like he really cared about my well being. I worked with Phil Amos, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome of my case. He was thorough and dedicated. I NEVER had to call him to check in, not even once. He always called me and kept me updated frequently. Explained everything clearly so i understood what was going on at all times. He worked my case to the best of his ability and got me outstanding results. He was kind and considerate and often called to check on my personal well being as well as to keep me informed. Sean McCrary is one of the finest in the Azar stable, he helped me through every aspect of the case and even helped me find proper medical care. A+++ support all the way around.
My case wasn't huge, but I did pay them 8k. When I tried to contact to get updates it would take multiple days and then he never new anything about my case without having to read my file. For 8k dollars I would expect a bit more personalized help.

I was hit by a deer and needed a consultation on if I had a claim or if my insurance company was treating me right since I had to have emergency surgery. I spoke to Gloria there , she asked if she can call me back. Gloria never called me back. I called them and had to lv a message w/ recp. I never received a call back. I then moved on to call Ramos Law whom are kind considerate, timely and very very knowledgeable. I did not have a claim but they talked to me and explained why. That's all I wanted. Don't be fooled by the commercials. I got practically nothing for my case. His doctors ate up all the money. He was sending me to specialist. When nothing was wrong with me. He's a ambulance chaser. Talk to the insurance company after the accident and see what they offer. If I did that I would 9 grand instead of 3 grand. Lawyer's are dirt bags. Talk to the insurance company first

Awful!!! Do not call them. They have zero follow through. Make you feel like you are an inconvenience. DO NOT CALL FRANK AZAR!!! Update still wouldn't reccomend them for anything! They have you sign the documents so they can talk to your doctor directly, however they don't. I had to call them again to get an update, at this time they said they need a letter from the doctor and cannot proceed without it. Throughout the process of resolving my case, my attorney Travis Young, provided sound legal advice and clearly explained the steps throughout the process until its final conclusion.
The only critique I have, is that there were periods of time I wasn't contacted in regards to the status of my case. If anything I would suggest that F.D. Azar implement a proactive requirement that clients are contacted periodically. The intent would be to reassure them that action is being taken, but has been delayed by unforeseen reasons. In my case, having to wait an inordinate amount of time for the Veterans Administration to respond to medical records requests.
To clarify the incident I was involved in, I was involved in a car accident in July 2015. I contacted F.D. Azar in August 2015 shortly after I was approached by the other driver's insurance company. It wasn't until this month September 2018, 3-years later, that a final resolution was obtained. It was 3 years of stress and frustration that took a toll on both myself and family. Hind-sight being 20/20 I would not go through the process again, regardless of the financial settlement obtained. My advice to all is that they should remember that the legal process has ever been referred to as efficient and/or expedient.
Once again, my attorney Travis Young, helped guide me throughout the process. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs sound and honest legal advice.

I had to go through the Aurora, co branch Everything was great until I finished my physical therapy. Once all my bills were submitted there was no follow up. I never know what's going on. When i was t-boned and flipped in the weeks between serious and invasive abdominal surgeries i was desperate for representation that could work with me in the midst of hospitalizations and incapacitation.
A close friend working for the Azar law offices recommended i work with Dezi LaCrue to pursue damages against the other driver. I accepted, but initially with little faith beyond this lawyer was known to a friend of mine, but Dezi quickly changed my feelings about herself and the legal process on the whole.

Franklin D Azar and his team of intake lawyers are full of expletives. After being in a car wreck where she was rear ended in a (4) car collision, my wife was told that she Did Not have a case. She is now going through physical therapy and suffers most days. Fortunately we have found a reputable personal injury law firm that welcomed her case and we have moved forward. Franklin D Azar and his staff are nothing short of over hyped ambulance chasers. They cherry pick cases that have minimum footwork. They told her that she Did Not have a case...that was asinine. Horrible law firm. Bar none. Period.
Almost 4 years ago I was in a head on collision and had to have major internal surgery. I called this company and they said that they can't help me cause I didn't have uninsured motorist coverage. The other driver passed away and the only way someone would help me is if I paid to go after the family. I will be going on my 3rd surgery here soon and its all due to my accident that wasn't my fault. Being a single mom its rough on them when i'm not able to do things because i'm in too much pain. Horrible company!

I would never recommend anyone here. My attorney scared me out of going to trial because my injuries weren't broken bones or discs. I now can't work. The settlement money is no where near the medical cost for my life. Now I'm screwed for life because I was on the highway at the wrong time and chose the wrong attorney.
They have been helping me through my accident & I never thought they'd do the things they've done for me so far. Hope they continue to be helpful til the end of the negotiations.

After talking to someone at this firm my impression was that you need to be in a wheelchair or something for a lawyer to listen to you. I explained what happened to me when as a pedestrian a car hit me and all I got was we don’t take this kind of cases and good luck. My only guess would be is that they wouldn’t make a lot of money so why bother. These firms advertise a lot on TV but it turns out to be a joke.

Awful service. The first thing his lawyer told me was "Don't call me. If you need to talk with me, leave a message. If I think it's important I will call you back." After a year and a half of this, I had to call him to find out what was going on with my case. He told me that he had completely forgotten about it. The Azar ads show people getting large settlements. After having my knee broken in a head-on, I got $25k. If you want a law firm where you are treated like a number, go with Azar.

Not at all, check scam... the lawyer only earns a generous 35%, they send you to the doctors they want just to generate expenses that in the end you just keep paying and paying and nothing for you 😭
The associate we're working with is the most dedicated, attentive, and detail oriented attorney I've ever met and manages our expectations well. The lawyer we had was fine at first then after 2 years of the case kept repeating himself and not giving me answers. We had to get special conservatorship for my disabled son to receive his check and I'm still dealing with other lawyers cause this one didn't know squat!! The only reason I hired them because I was to drugged up at the hospital after being hit by a drunk driver.

Frank Azar and firm are con artists. The scam became apparent right from the beginning. I was rear-ended and the other driver ticketed so you would think no problem. An Azar representative came out to my home almost immediately, took down all the info. I signed forms. He said call day or night, someone would always be available. That was the last time I heard from him. Never returned calls. Forced me to go through Injury Finance and sign a lien when I had my own insurance. (I learned Injury Finance is owned by fat Frank's best friend.) I have worked in the health field for over 30 years, you do not want to be treated by Injury Finance. (store-front medical clinics)
After i complained they resigned and left me high and dry with $7000 in medical bills and no settlement. I had to file a lawsuit on my own and still have never received a penny. I agree with a previous reviewer. How could the Broncos allow their brand to be associated with this unethical man? There are multiple lawsuits out there by individuals harmed/conned by Frank Azar and Associates. Run!!!!!

I was signed on to this law firm here in 2015. Me and my husband were involved in a car accident involving a Drunk Driver. The driver, thank god was insured. I had my case assigned to Mr. Pennywell. He was a very rude, Insensitive person. He made me feel as though i was working for him as to him working for me. I asked for my case to be reassigned to another attorney, after really considering firing them. I just really wanted to give them a chance. I was reassigned to Shannon Moreno. I spoke to her for the first time yesterday. Which i had to call and find out who my case was assigned to. Besides that i was told I was eligible for a pre-settlement loan. I did call back today to inquire information on that loan. I called my new assigned attorneys assistant Alex. Asked him if he could talk to Shannon to see how i can go about getting the loan she told me i could get, but would not recommend i get because of interest rates. She then called me back today saying her assistant said i wanted a checj cut to me today and all kinds of other things I NEVER EVER SAID..... Then she said "We have decided to realease your case". Im ok with that. I just am not going to pay them for giving me and my family more problems and enduring more stress. I thought they were there to help us. Instead made things worse. It was gods will they realeased our case..... Please do some research before choosing this law firm.
