a year ago Date: 2024-11-15 I got T-boned two months before a cross country move, it was my one vehicle. Franklin D. Azar responded quickly and went into action. That took care of me to the extent where I had to do little to nothing, I kept up with doctors appointments and could focus on recovery while they took care of everything in the background. Never was there a point of stress or overwhelm.

I was let down, believed they would do the best for me but that wasn't the case. Never had low back problems before my accident, they even requested med. files for last ten years, couldn't find anything in my files about my back and settled with the other drivers insurance. I am left with low back problems for the rest of my life. I am not sure how this is fair.

2 years ago Date: 2023-12-13 This was not what I expected at all… when you call, you get a calling center who fills out a survey… as soon as I realized I wasn't talking to someone with any legal experience I said “I think I might call around and see if I can get advice from an attorney” and they hung up on me immediately. First of all, I just told her I was hit by a car in a crosswalk. There was zero compassion, she never asked if I was ok, there was not going to be any immediate help like the TV ads implied, and it was just plain rude and unprofessional to not wish me luck or say goodbye when I said I was just hit by a car in a crosswalk. I will no longer recommend Azar to my friends. That was just plain uncaring.

My personal physician was not very helpful to getting me care and was very unresponsive. Emily at FDR fixed all that in just a few minutes. They got me physical therapy, medical care and got me on my way to a healthy recovery from one the worst moments in my life. Thank you is not enough to say for all the help they got me.

It’s taken a while for everything come into fruition, but all in all I had a decent experience with my attorney. Nothing tipping the scale either way, but at the end of the day achieving the goal of getting this settled. I’m satisfied with my experience.

My passenger and I were T-Boned by a driver not paying attention that ran a red light. Although our injuries were minor my passenger and I went to the Hospital after that visit we called the Law office of Franklin D Azar to see if his firm would take our case. They accepted our case and although a little rough in the begging things went really well afterwards, they asked questions and collected information and took care or everything so our daily schedules were not interrupted. I knew I needed representation so I called Frank Azar on a Saturday. I felt his commercials were personal for each client. That's when I had the pleasure of having Emily Benight take my case. I immediately felt at ease with her she had real empathy and concern for me. Emily was very explanatory about my case. Emily always returned my calls promptly.
