At first I was very happy to hire them and felt secure in my decision. When I was in need of information however, I felt like i was ignored and found it very difficult to talk to anyone without feeling pressured and like i was a problem. I only tried 3 times and gave up.. I have been waiting two months and i am now, still waiting..I Hope my experience was just a fluke. I understand how people can be very busy..
