I was involved in a rear end car accident Jan 3 2025 and the lady that was at fault admitted to it being her fault. When i thought this would of been an open a shut case, took a full year and to be treated like if i was the one at fault. I can honestly say that i was not represented the way i would of liked to, and with the doctors that i was Referred to they were more concern with parts of my body that were not really that affected by the accident then what i kept telling them what i was really hurting from. When both my husband and i spoke with the lawyer we also wanted to know why they sounded like that they felt more sympathy for the lady that caused the accident then me. I felt with all this i kept thinking about all the good words i heard about this law firm and how they made sure that the client was always well taken cared of but not to me. cause after the year i had to use my own insurance to pay for my shoulder surgery and also treatment for my migraines that i have to deal with now. So this is just to being honest about that the way i was represented was not what i expected and as for referring them i would not recommend them at all. Due to also that every time i wanted to also speak with the lawyer he was never available and when he had a chance to talk to us it was always being rushed off the phone. This to me has been the worst experience in the world. and also when we asked if we were able to go against the person who caused the accident he highly recommended that we did not so that my opinion really did not matter to the lawyer and just kept making me feel like i was at fault. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND AND REGRET HIRIING THIS LAWYFIRM..
