After being rear-ended, I contacted Attorney Zhang. After learning about the incident over the phone, he took on my case. Immediately afterwards, his assistant helped me schedule various examinations and treatments. I didn't have to worry about anything and could just focus on the treatment. He communicated with me promptly about any progress in the case. He was professional and patient!
