I was referred to this law firm and I’m so glad I was, Emile L who I spoke with was so helpful, polite, respectful I can’t tell you enough how thankful I am. Terrible Lawers. Simple case. Went to Galantucci. He told me he would take my case. Wound up being represented by Richard Potter. Knew nothing about criminal law. Even I knew I was eligible for PTI. Both he and Bob said they didn't think so. Had another lawyer call them. Well what do you know I got PTI. Stay away from this firm. Galantucci has passed away. His replacement knows nothing. Save your money and freedom. Go to another law firm !

Robert, Bob died almost 3 years ago, so it would have been good to bring up these concerns then. Rich has been practicing criminal law for 36 years and G&P has been in the business of criminal defense since 1973. If Rich got you accepted to PTI, that means the charges against you were dismissed- if you completed the program.
