Many thanks to the Gallardos law firm. They recently assisted me with my husband's case, as he was detained by ICE. What I want to highlight most, besides the speed, professionalism, and human touch with which everything was handled, was how well-informed they were about the case. I was always in contact with paralegal Grismy Medrano, who was very patient with me, listening and explaining each step of the process. This was very important to me because I felt desperate and overwhelmed. She was never indifferent or cold. Thanks to God and to them, my husband is home with me today. I had the worst experience here. They hid crucial evidence in my case. They made me sign documents I didn't want to, they're abusive with payments, and the treatment is the worst. This company ruined my case and then abandoned it. I don't recommend them. You can't imagine the immense frustration of knowing that the lawyers I trusted only received a large sum of money for doing nothing. If you believe my accusations could be defamatory, we can resolve it in court. I'm available to receive any notification regarding the alleged defamation. Even among the assets in the other party's possession, their lawyers accepted that I owned a Corvette valued at $5,000. I've never seen a Corvette valued at that amount, not even at auction. They are a fraud, and my evidence was hidden and not given to me until the case was supposedly over. They abandoned the case due to lack of payment on a Friday afternoon, even though the final hearing was the following Monday. There was no way to find a lawyer between Saturday and Sunday. I attended the hearing under the effects of medication in the hospital because of the panic attack I suffered from being left without support. They didn't notice the lack of payment on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or even Friday morning. They intentionally abandoned the case in the afternoon. Please, I have enough evidence to prove that the case was lost due to their poor work. Furthermore, not only did they force me to sign documents without explanation, but now they are threatening me to remove the post under the pretext of defamation. Things are going very well for us in court.

During our time representing you, we worked diligently on your case, including filing all necessary documents in accordance with court deadlines. In July 2022, with your signed consent, we ceased representing you due to difficulties in continuing payments for our services.<br><br>It is important to note that the accusations in your review are serious and defamatory. We assure you that at no time did we force anyone to sign documents without their consent or withhold evidence; this is entirely false.<br><br>Since your review, we have been monitoring the progress of your case and understand your frustration that, three years later and with alternative legal representation, you still haven't reached a settlement. However, defaming the person who tried to help you three years ago is not the right approach.<br><br>We wish you the best of luck with your case.
