I have worked with Galloway, Wettermark, Everest & Rutens, LLP for several years. They provide first class service and have always delivered above and beyond for our business. Willis Garrett has been the most professional lawyer I have dealt with to date. I highly recommend giving them a call for any an all business matters if you live in Alabama!

Horrible communication. I have asked for one simple letter for a month so I can complete my divorce case. Truth be told I am in a divorce because they have stretched my case out over a year and now I can’t even get that done because Galloway can’t get my letter to approve my divorce. I have called and emailed multiple times. It’s either some excuse or no response at all. If you are reading this trying to make a decision on should you use this firm I would definitely find another law firm to handle my case.

The Person who answered the phone Kesha, was very rude, she sounded so sweet when she first answered but then we hit a brick wall. I asked if I could talk to someone else she said no, that she was the person who handled everything and then she said call someone else.

I’ve hired a lot of attorney’s, but I’ve never came across one so detailed, responsive and faultless with my case like Kieth Violante. This was the third law firm I hired to handle a matter for me and he’s been able to make more progress than all of the other firms put together. On top of that he is sympathetic, kind, and understanding which is a very rare attribute with people in this line of work. He’s very knowledgeable and I’m so grateful for having him on my case. I will never use another attorney. I recommend this firm and I will recommend Mr. Violante to all of my peers in the future. Fast forward 6 months later. He was very much everything I said, but here it is six months later and years after I’ve had no possession over my property and I still don’t. It may have something to do with me, not making another payment, but I’ve already spent more than what the land is worth. If I make another payment that still doesn’t ensure that I’m gonna get my property but if I did, and if it was as clean and dry as he says it is, then I’ll pay every cent. Just My review because I wanted to give an update two years later and I still do not have my property and I haven’t been given anything from the lawyer no information nothing

The attorney resolved our issues and we are pleased with the outcome. It took more time than I was happy with because one of the clerical people sent our documents out under their email account which I didn’t recognize. Hence, I deleted the email (I do this for all emails that I don’t recognize). Finally, I called the office and was told who was sending our documents - problem solved. Otherwise, I would have rated them 5-star.

I called them and left a message with the receptionist. No one returned my call.
