I had old credit card debt piled up which even had set me up with court dates , I didn't know what I was going to do , until Henry helped remove a great chunk out of that debt and helped me settle . In less than a year Henry cleared my name , my credit didn't suffer any consequences and I can rest assured it won't come back. I attended an appointment three days ago with lawyer García Hernandez. I explained to him my case at Floor & Decor in Doral, Miami, as an employed part-time for a year, although letting them know that I was willing to be employed full-time but it was denied on several occations while other co-workers with less time and experience were prompted to full-time, even before their three-month probation, I have proof about it, but Garcia did not want to read it. I also added other incidents from the Store's managers, and Human Resource Department who showed complicity in denying to me more hours and benefits. Most relevant Garcia's responses were: " In other States, there is more protection for employees, but in Florida, the Employer is the most, and Human Resources protects its business"; " You should follow your employer's orders without making such a fuss to avoid this king of stupidity"; and, "After listening to everything you have mentioned, there is nothing we can help with". According to him who abides by the laws of Florida in regarding to this, he becomes an accomplice among those who do not do anything in favor, ignoring my damages. If there is no protection on the above, I hope that a campaign can be raised calling for more laws that defend the right to employee benefits expanding the recognition of labor discrimination. In conclusion, Garcia's lawyer was disrespectful to me calling my case as stupidity.

Henry and his staff worked diligently on my case. I would 100% recommend their office to anyone. They are the best!
