Total Waste of Time and Money. Unprofessional and Misleading I wish I had reviewed this office more carefully beforehand, as my experience closely mirrors many of the concerns already posted. My interaction with Sid Garcia’s office resulted in a loss of time, money, and trust. I contacted the office regarding a sensitive legal matter and was initially hopeful. From the start, however, the process lacked professionalism. My consultation was rescheduled multiple times by the staff member, Felicia. When the consultation finally occurred, I paid a $175 consultation fee. Following the consultation, which took place prior to Thanksgiving, I received no follow up communication. I did not hear back until December 8, at which point Mr. Garcia stated that he had not received documents I had previously submitted. During that communication, I was told that my case was procedurally messy, but no clear explanation was provided as to what that meant or how it affected representation. I was then informed that he would not be taking my case because he did not want to take it, despite previously stating that he generally tries to take all cases. After payment was made, no legal guidance, next steps, or meaningful direction were provided. Communication was inconsistent, and the overall experience was not handled in a professional or client focused manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone who values clear communication, transparency, and professionalism.
