Total Waste of Time and Money. Unprofessional and Misleading I wish I had reviewed this office more carefully beforehand, as my experience closely mirrors many of the concerns already posted. My interaction with Sid Garcia’s office resulted in a loss of time, money, and trust. I contacted the office regarding a sensitive legal matter and was initially hopeful. From the start, however, the process lacked professionalism. My consultation was rescheduled multiple times by the staff member, Felicia. When the consultation finally occurred, I paid a $175 consultation fee. Following the consultation, which took place prior to Thanksgiving, I received no follow up communication. I did not hear back until December 8, at which point Mr. Garcia stated that he had not received documents I had previously submitted. During that communication, I was told that my case was procedurally messy, but no clear explanation was provided as to what that meant or how it affected representation. I was then informed that he would not be taking my case because he did not want to take it, despite previously stating that he generally tries to take all cases. After payment was made, no legal guidance, next steps, or meaningful direction were provided. Communication was inconsistent, and the overall experience was not handled in a professional or client focused manner. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office to anyone who values clear communication, transparency, and professionalism.

I was given this law firm's phone number by an acquaintance that owns another law firm in the same building. I called to see if they provide free consultations to review my situation and see if it’s an applicable case. A woman answered and was extremely rude. She did not answer with any professionalism. I was not even sure if I had dialed the correct number. I asked her if they provide free consultations? She quickly told me No, and then hung up. Completely unprofessional and a little disturbing for a law firm.

Someone I work with just called to let me know the unprofessional behavior and waste of time and money spent on a consultation with Sid Garcia. To start, Felicia sent three different emails about the intake forms not being received and then that she had found them in a span of about 35 minutes; the consultation was not on time and no one had reached out to say there would be a delay - my coworker had to reach out; Sid asked questions, ignored what was being said or did not fully listen, then asked for the information he just ignored. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON A PHONE CONSULTATION WITH SID GARCIA. I am disgusted that I did not suggest she do a free consultation with someone else, first.

Mr. Garcia is very well versed in employment law. I appreciated the legal and emotional support during a very sad and stressful time.

Mr. Garcia saw my case from start to finish which took a lengthy ten years. We had technically won our trial four years ago, but an appeal dragged it out for much longer. The opposition ended up settling. What I will say about Mr. Garcia is that he is ferocious in court and makes the opposition look like buffoons! He was always available through phone, text, and email and great with following through, as you might expect for a ten-year case.
