communication is really bad on their end. had to reach out multiple times about my case and sometimes got an answer , sometimes didn’t. had numerous phone call appointments that they missed. i had reached out to Sergio multiple times about my case and got no response , then months later got a notice saying he removed himself from my case with no communication from him directly.
Thank you for all your services, for your kindness, I just received my work permit and everything has been excellent.

Don't trust this person. He never did any paperwork for my mother or me, and thanks to him, we missed the deadline to submit our asylum application. I know another woman who had the same problem; he just stole money. Don't trust him.
