There are not a lot of lawyers who specialize in removal defense in Utah and Ysabel has gone above and beyond to help with my wife’s case. I had a very bad experience with this lawyer. Her fees are exorbitant compared to other lawyers. She takes advantage of people's situations, as I personally experienced. She charged $200 for a consultation for an appeal, without providing many details about the work she would do. She was very curt and charged $10,000 for the same work, demanding half the fee to complete the appeal within a week; otherwise, she wouldn't be able to. We asked for payment options, such as splitting the initial amount into two installments over two weeks, which she refused. Fortunately, I found another American lawyer who charged half of what she charged and offered flexible payment terms. Therefore, I do not recommend her.
