I had the distinct pleasure of working with Attorney Meaghan Kirby. She was incredibly well versed in the law and gave me all of my options. She took the time to listen to the facts of my case, ask thoughtful questions and thoroughly explained each step of the process. She did all of this with empathy and care. Her knowledge and expertise was evident from the first moment I spoke with her. She remained available and attentive throughout the process and I truly felt like I had an advocate who had my best interests in the forefront of her mind. While I hope to never go through this situation again, if I had to, she would be my first call. I cannot recommend her or the firm enough. I am incredibly thankful to have worked with her.

I had a work mans compensation claim from my employer and the tried to pay for nay of my medical bills. They had me on a CC to review and go over my claim and they decided it wasn't valid. Tried to "twist my responses"! I contacted this firm and my attorney AD refused to let this happen. It was a process, but in the end AD was great to work with and got me a wonderful settlement. Thank you AD.
Amanda DeMatteis was extremely helpful and her quick follow-up and thoroughness were amazing. I needed some help with an employment contract on an expedited basis and she was to the point and detail oriented. Highly recommend Amanda and the firm.

I feel very fortunate that I found my way to this law firm, and specifically to Attorney Nina Pirrotti. My situation was dealt with over the span of three months, during which time NIna was incredibly attentive and serious, but also very thoughtful. I have never before engaged the services of a law firm, and while it was scary simply because my future was pending on the outcome, I never once worried about the care or attention I was receiving, or whether I was in good hands. I was assured pretty early on that I was "in the right" and the results reflected that. I am very happy with the outcome.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Attorney Josh Goodaum. I recently found myself in a situation where my employer was illegally attempting to force me onto medical leave. I had just been diagnosed with cancer, which in itself is extremely traumatic.
Josh was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate regarding my situation. He took the time to listen and provided clear guidance during a very difficult time.
I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal advice or representation.
An outstanding firm that provides candid advice and aggressive advocacy. Attorney Goodbaum gives frank and realistic information about your issue, explains your options, gives upfront and accurate assessments of your projected expense and hassle, and helps formulate a legal plan that will get your best results. What he will not do, however, is waste your time or your money on a claim that isn't viable. This of course means sometimes having to give bad news, but it is always in the client's long term best interests. I have referred several friends and colleagues here and, based on my own experiences as a client, will continue to do so.
