Horrible experience. I was told on Wednesday by Alyssa that I'd have the CD's for a Friday closing and didn't get them until Friday morning so I had little time to review. No communication on the fact that they were going to be delayed. They received all the funds Friday. My agent and I were told at 1035am that the wire was going out within an hour. Nothing. My agent picked up his check in the afternoon and to ask why I didn't receive the wire and Alyssa that it'd go out in 10 minutes and I finally did receive it that afternoon. TERRIBLE communication by Alyssa. I strongly suggest that real estate professionals avoid doing business with them
As an attorney in the area, I trust Garry and his office to handle real estate closings and a vast array of real estate related matters. I highly recommend!
This is the second home I have purchased. I had a lot of anxiety over closing because of my first experience. But this time with Garry everything went so smoothly. I highly recommend using Garry for your home closing.
