Contacted Gary and he helped us through the process of getting everything set up with seeing a doctor in a Chiropractor . It’s very difficulty to figure out how to start this review out, but I think the very first thing to mention is how impressed I am with Gary, and how happy I am with the result I received. I was involved in an automotive accident in 2020, and I possessed a lot of uncertainty, both from a personal and legal perspective. As a recommendation, I was sent in Gary’s direction, and I was more than happy to be sent his way. From the very beginning, Gary demonstrated both his professionalism in resolving the matter and the experience that he has over the plethora of years in the industry. My personal case had a ton of variables and moving pieces, which is why it took a long time to resolve. Despite the many different factors and degree of difficulty presented in the case, Gary possessed both a logical and aggressive approach. And as a result, he was able to maximize the settlement we received, which is something I am more than content with. I had a lot of anxiety as it pertained to the case, since I had never undergone anything extensive or as legal as this matter. But no matter the questions I had, and no matter the process, Gary was there every step of the way to help ease the anxiety and answer all the questions that I had. I hate to even right this review because this whole experience was so terrible for me. I was recommended Gary from a friend, and I trusted him right away. Gary was very kind and inquisitive about the car accident I was in, which left me with a broken arm. However, as time went on, I found that he had more of an aggressive approach than necessary with the adjuster, and after being told that the writing of my demands was delayed for various reasons (he had too many cases he was working on, the adjuster who wasn't responding, he was in the process of working on it, etc.) and being promised to have had submitted my demands over the course of several months, I finally demanded the written demands that he said he sent – only to find out that he lied to me the whole time. He hadn't even written them up. With my case, which was an open and shut case, he still couldn't find the time to write the demands and send them to the adjuster. It was an absolutely terrible experience. Thankfully, I found another attorney who was able to close the case within a month after I fired Gary. Gary begged me not to write this – and I will say, I am not writing it out of spite. I am writing this to prevent anyone else from having to go through the same experience I did. I'll admit too – I trusted him too much and should have requested more written documentation, which was my downfall. You can't just trust words over the phone. If you do end up going with Gary, make sure he follows up his "friendly phone calls" with written documentation updates.
