THE WORST... THE TREATMENT OF THE PUBLIC IS A DISASTER... I DID NOT GO TO LOOK FOR SERVICE AND IMMEDIATELY THEY ONLY WANT YOUR PHONE # AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO SERVE YOU IN PERSON. THE RECEPTIONIST DOES NOT WEAR A MASK BUT SAYS THAT THEY DO NOT SERVE IN PERSON DUE TO COVID19... ¿...? THEN A WOMAN SONIA CALLS YOU AND ASKS YOU ABOUT EVERYTHING. YOU SPECIFICALLY ASK HER TO SPECIFIC LY SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND SHE DENIES IT UNTIL SHE DOES AN INVESTIGATION AND PHONE SUSPECTION AND EVEN ANTICIPATES DENYING YOU WITHOUT HAVING SPOKEN TO ATTORNEY DIAZ. SHE PRACTICALLY MAKES THE DECISIONS. IN ADDITION TO THAT, SHE DOESN'T LISTEN TO YOU, SHE DOESN'T LET YOU TALK AND INTERRUPTES YOUR ANSWERS. YOU ASK FOR THE APPOINTMENT IN PERSON ANYWAY, BUT THAT WOMAN TAKES OVER THE DECISIONS WITH A PEDANTIC ATTITUDE... I HAD TO HANG UP THE CALL BECAUSE THE TREATMENT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT. SHOULD HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT WITH SOMEONE BETTER TRAINED, MORE CAPABLE..... DON'T LOOK HERE
