Gary G. Goldberg helped me tremendously! It was my first car accident and with my injuries he helped me in every way possible. First off his assistant is awesome and did a great job. She did a terrific job answering all my questions. I’ve been with Gary since October of 2017, 19 months total, and he will give you his spill about how long he’s been a lawyer but let me tell you how rude, unethical and unprofessional he is, if you have a question regarding your case he will give you a minute or two to speak as he constantly interrupts you and then tells you how wrong you are. He’s completely rude. He will tell you your case is coming along just fine when it’s not. I have had many back and forth emails with Gary and he will go as far as demeaning you on emails it’s completely unprofessional on his part. I just recently left his law firm and requested for my file and his response was not to call or come in until he has it prepared and if I do I would be trespassing. This is my own file. I can go on and on. If you have a small claim then Gary would probably workout just fine but if it’s something big I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Gary is a decent guy in general but is completely disrespectful when it comes to your claim.

I had a very good experience with Mr. Goldberg. I was T-boned by a 20 year old who was speeding, ran a red light and hit me, he had no insurance. I was referred to Mr. Goldberg and found him to be very kind, Mr. Goldberg works hard for you and has your best interest at heart. Just give him your information, he will take it from there and you don't have to worry about anything, which in my case was such a blessing. I had an excellent experience in having Gary G. Goldberg as my attorney several years ago. He saw details which gave me compensation for my injuries, much greater than I expected. In fact, I did not expect any compensation at the time thinking the accident was my fault. However, Mr. Goldberg explained that the other driver had sufficient time to stop instead of running into my car, hitting it on the passenger side. That increased the pressure on my chest and stomach for which I suffered severe bruises and pain. My daughter also experienced injury due to the added pressure of seat belt when hit by the oncoming car. Mr. Goldberg was honest in his assessment of the accident and injuries. He and his office assistant were efficient, friendly and honest from the beginning to the closure of the case.

NOT GOOD !! This guy is the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with . I was hit by a drunk driver , knocked out and taken to the hospital in an ambulance . I hired him and went to a chiropractor for several months . When it came time to settle with AAA he said they came back with an offer of 8500 and after he , the chiropractor and the hospital get paid I would net around $2800. My friend told me to send the case to an attorney in Orange county. I did so and got a final settlement for $ 49,334 . It sounds far fetched I know but it is the honest to god truth . The new attorney pointed out numerous mistakes Goldberg made that he believed attributed to the low offer .

He and his staff did an amazing job representing me on my recent car crash. The guy that hit me and was at fault was also an attorney. Exceptionally responsive; answers all inquiries fast, even on weekends! Took the aggravation out of the equation by dealing with the insurance companies and the medical billers so I didn't need to worry about them. Do not deal with any insurance companies on your own. If you are injured you have enough to deal with. Let Gary and his office take care of everything. You will be very happy you did!!!
