I had just called.to try to see if they could take my case they aren’t taking my injury due to caseload, when I asked her if she could refer me she said if another attorney refers me she can’t which I understand being a Tx State Paralegal student and while I was still talking to her she just hung up on me. I’m not just a number I am a person who was not treated a so. And if this is how they treat their potential clients then I’m glad to know they don’t care up front.

Great experience with Mr Rodriguez, excellent preparation for my workman comp case.

He is a person that is very full of himself. A type of person that is basically A narcissist and only cares about himself and making money off you. I retained him for a workers compensation case. He was very happy to take 1/3 of my weekly checks for almost two years or more. I was concerned about my case at one point. His legal assistant made a appointment for me to see him. I never spoke to him at all before retaining him. He spoke to me for about 60 seconds or less telling me I have nothing to worry about with my case. Then basically politely told me to immediately leave his office. My case was prematurely sent for a maximum medical review when I still could have got further improvement help with my injuries. So I call one day and was told that his legal assistant was no longer employed at his practice. As anybody knows legal assistants do all the work. I mean again I only talked to him for two minutes in person and never at all on the phone. Mr. Rodriguez choose to drop me as a client because his legal assistant was no longer there to give him the facts of the case. He decided that it would be easier to drop me as a client than go over my workers compensation paperwork. Again I only spoke to his legal assistant any time I called his office. Rather than say to himself I promised my client I would take care of him he determined that it would be easier just to drop me as a client. That’s what I get from Mr. Rodriguez! I was a State of Texas Correctional Officer. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice was very negligent and I should have never been assaulted in a riot.I became totally and permanently disabled. Rather than Mr. Rodriguez point out the numerous instances of my employers negligence that day or should I say he did not know of the negligence because he never asked me who what when and where. I applied for social security disability and was approved within six months. Which is usually unheard of. Although I had a confident SSDI attorney. Thank you Mr. Rodriguez for all your help. The federal government is even more strict and he could not even handle a simple State of Texas case!!
