I don't know if maybe he just started giving up This man has been my attorney for almost a year I met him one time. he told me he was gonna come set up A meeting with me within a week Well, I was incarcerated. four and a half months went by And no word from him, maybe it's because he was scheduled to me as my attorney for the probono case that all attorneys are assigned to do 1 or 2 a year of. this man has my wife and my child's life in his hands and every time I contact him he has a new excuse. Every time I speak to him. I have to tell him my name and explain what my case is about. And he still has no idea who I am this. This is the person that's supposed to be fighting for me. This is the person that is supposed to be up-to-date on. What's going on with my case? And keep me up today as well. I didn't go to law school. But I'm pretty sure that every time. I ask my attorney a question pertaining to the law. He should have another answer. Besides, I don't know. I shouldn't have to look these things up and do his job for him, he's the one That went to law school, not me. Maybe hes not putting in any effort. Because the state isn't paying him enough as a conflict attorney to represent me. But regardless, hes rude, unprofessional and has no fight left. And if you've had a cold for 2 years. Straight, maybe it's time for him to retire instead of. Willingly throwing people's lives away. Because he doesn't feel like doing the leg work or any work at all for that matter. My advice to you is if you have gary as an attorney, The best thing you can do is get a new one.
