Compare these against any other firm you're considering — most attorneys have only two or three themes reviewers consistently return to.
How we compiled this: CrashStory aggregates public Google reviews, Colorado crash records from CDOT and local agencies, and firm-provided profile data. We do not endorse any firm. Review intelligence scores are derived from automated sentiment and theme analysis of public reviews — treat them as one signal among many, not a verdict.

This lawyer is the biggest scammer in the United States. He said he charged 30 and charged 50 and also charged 200 for a consultation. I don't recommend him.
Owner response
You are impressive, Mr. Valdes; truly impressive. I now understand that the things that have happened to you are not the fault of those who previously assisted you, but your own. I recommend that you stop playing games and do things the right way so that things go well for you. My clients know who I am and leave my office fully informed and empowered, without needing to pay attention to your unfounded allegations. You are harming serious people who want to resolve their immigration issues in this country, particularly my Cuban brothers and sisters. You paid me for a consultation after crying for a week because you had to pay, because, according to you, "I've never paid." You called me and even then, you asked me, "How do I know this isn't spam?" You finally paid for the consultation, and despite it being a Saturday, I paused a family activity and called you from my cell phone, even though we don't work Saturdays. I spoke with you for 45 minutes. You were convinced and satisfied that I provided you with the correct guidance and made the decision to "move" to Midland and hire my services.

Then he showed up at my office without an appointment, and I saw him again for about an hour. I examined the file he brought with him and reviewed all the steps he had taken, and I listened to all his complaints about how, according to him, he had been defrauded, etc.

With my characteristic calm, I explained his process since entering this country, the current regulations regarding the actions taken by CBP, ICE, and USCIS. I explained the requirements for applying for adjustment of status through the Cuban Adjustment Act and even showed him the application instructions. I also took the time to explain and clarify the Miami judge's decision and its effects specifically on the Cuban people. He left my office enthusiastic, polite, and happy, like the vast majority of my clients. But something happened. When ICE asked him for the information needed to process his case, he got cold feet. (Anyone who understands Hispanic will get it.) What happened, Mr. Valdés? Don't you have what ICE asked for? For reasons we know, but out of courtesy we won't detail them here, you decided to withdraw your case from our office. Therefore, despite our no-refund policy, I decided to return your money and only charge you for the administrative services performed up to that point, such as opening the case, creating your file, making copies, sending documents by mail, etc. Even so, you have the audacity to write what you wrote. Your audacity is astounding. Whatever you might say on this page says more about you than about me, and my conscience is clear and I sleep soundly. I wish you much success with your case, and I advise you to act with integrity in all your dealings; you will surely fare better.
