Andrew Gellen is an outstanding attorney. She helped me deal with difficult tenants in two different cases. She is very responsive to phone calls and text messages and she guided me through the intricacies of NY State real estate law. She has great skill with helping landlords evict non-paying tenants. She helped me in court to get a $6,000 judgment against my tenants who owed me money. Because of her proven abilities, I am using her again for handling of the selling of my property in Woodstock, NY.

Andrea is amazing! We came to her very last minute, pertaining to an urgent matter. Within’ 24 hours, she had our case handled, and out of court! She was extremely fair with her pricing, and even sent us back what we overpaid; same day. Hopefully, we do not need her services in the future; however, if needed, she is our go-to. We own a hotel and over time some guests became residents (due to NYS Law) and eventually stopped paying rent, so had to go through 17 evictions, Gellen Law (Andrea Gellen) handled all of the cases very professionally, knew the law on each case and file everything in a timely fashion.
In addition, her fees were reasonable and below market. We highly recommend their services.

Omg you have no idea how much she helped me out. Im so glad I hired her for an eviction process. She was very helpful, understanding, compassionate, and tough when it came to asking alot of questions I had and I mean I had alot of questions since it was my first time evicting someone. She did an amazing job by getting me back rent and other things. If I were you if you need a lawyer I would highly recommend hiring her and be part of her team frida does estate planning, Kirsten does landlord tenate evictions. I highly recommend call them.
I would not recommend. She routinely dissmissed and talked down to my wife and my self regarding our son's case. Not worth the consultation fee. She did not seem interested in what happened to our son. I would pay more to actually be heard. We respectfully decided to decline future work and find a different advocate.
