Without a doubt was phenomenal. The whole team that is. I mostly spoke with Ms. Mary-Ann and Ms. Dawn, although other people there were polite as well every time. Mr. Gemmati was also very professional and real in the sense of absolute honesty for your benefit. He simply knows what to do with a case, all the way down to the most miniscule of details. Although he is not "inaccessible" and does not come off that way, like anyone else in any other profession, he has his busy times. Then again, that is what his team is for. His team is the best reflection of their camaraderie and work ethic, and they have an absolute wealth of knowledge-especially Joseph Gemmati who has clearly been in his line of work for decades at the least. Would absolutely work with their team again!

Highly don’t recommend using him. He’s so unorganized, he doesn’t answer at a timely fashion and clearly doesn’t care unless there’s $$$$ signs attached on his end.
