They were great and handled everything professionally.
Liam and Melissa were always available for any questions or concerns I had. They were easy to get in touch with and conducted themselves in a very courteous and professional manner.
I was disappointed with my experience at Gerber Injury Law. My case moved very slowly, and I often felt like I had to constantly follow up and remind them to take action. Communication was frustrating, and I did not feel they were proactive or aggressive in advocating for my claim. Overall, I expected stronger representation and more urgency, and unfortunately that was not my experience.
