Surprise AZ office. Very efficient, professional and friendly. We needed a simple will, and they provided us the documents very quickly and exactly as requested. Highly recommend.
I highly recommend that you consider the Surprise, Arizona office of the HagEstad Law Group for your legal needs. I contacted three law offices before choosing HagEstad. Receptionist/secretary, Mindy Scott, promptly responded to my phone call. Her personable manner persuaded me to schedule a consultation. At that first meeting with lawyer, Brien Birge, we reviewed my situation involving the transfer of title on real property. Impressed with his focused evaluation and proposed solution I retained HagEstad Law Group to represent me. Under Brien's direction, the language of the documents as prepared by paralegal, Michelle Kinney, reflected the non-adversarial tone I wished to be recorded. I had a very difficult Real Estate Settlement split statement that was on the verge of going to court for a Partition. Brien Birge is so very knowledgeable and thorough, that we were able to change, and revise their existing Document. The other party agreed to all of our terms, and signed off to all revised and changed terms. Brien is very committed, spending time to get this document completed in a quick, timely manner.
