I could write a book on how bad my experience was with ggrm. My case was mismanaged right from the start. 4 different lawyers even more assistants bad communication. I disclosed everything and they weren't even paying attention. They couldn't even apologize and even laughed at me trying blame me for their mistakes. I suggest using the Nevada bar association it's free and if you receive any compensation you'll need every penny. if your injury is serious life changing you will not be compensated with what you deserve. Nevada workers comp is not for the injured worker it's to protect the company you got injured at. It's an outdated system last updated in 2000 the Drs get paid in 2026 prices and you get compensated from 2000 rates while ggrm will take 33.3% of a quarter century old compensation rates. Worst thing to ever happen to me and I've had some wild stuff happen in my life and I always succeed with my injuries I no longer have the energy to give anyone. I was assured I wouldn't become homeless and I was going to walk away heavily compensated I lost over 200k in lost wages and personal money which I only received 14% after almost 4 years. Worst yet I was unable to receive surgeries because I can't afford not to work and be off of work another 2 years for recovery after surgeries. Ruined my life as they sit on their high horse.

I would like to provide negative feedback regarding the type of check and the bank used for payment. Although the check was issued nine days ago, I still have not been able to access the funds. The bank listed on the check would not cash it, and when I deposited it into my own bank, the funds were placed on a two-week hold. This created an unnecessary financial delay for money that had already been paid to me. I strongly recommend using a more reliable payment method, such as direct deposit, Zelle, ACH transfer, or a check from a bank that can be easily verified and cashed without extended holds. The current payment method is not practical for workers who need timely access to their earned wages.

Does not return messages in a timely manner or at all. Managed to make some last-minute requests of doctors that then caused my case to be mishandled which led to loss of benefits. They then provided a referral to another attorney who stated that he wasn't sure why they kept referring people there as they were issues that should have handled themselves but if I wanted to pay for another attorney to do what should have already been handled by GGRM, then he would take my money. Biggest mistake I have made was dealing with them

My case has been open for over 6 years. Still no treatment or resolution, can’t even get in contact with anyone half the time. Just a heads up for anyone considering their services
