With the experience of this group of lawyers are really professional and they help out with everything. I recommend them a lot and I really appreciate what they have done and my family.
I worked with Mahyar personally on generating an LLC Operating Agreement. Although it took a little more time than I expected, the finished product was excellent. I highly recommend this firm.
This is not a boring and impersonal law office. Justin, the office manager, as well as several of the women, are so kind and caring, you forget you're speaking with a law office. They are extremely knowledgeable, as well. I really felt that Justin genuinely cares about this problem situation I'm experiencing with a contractor. They do not want to take your money, for nothing and will only have your best interest in mind. The amount of resource that Justin was simply out of the kindness of his heart as I have not retained this office was amazing. Particularly considering the climate of 2025 and everybody is only worried about themselves. I strongly recommend this Law firm for all of your complicated situations with contractors and any other service they provide. You have a friend at Ghassemian Law group.
We have had a few construction litigation cases and Mahyar & Team demonstrate knowledge of construction law and they commit themselves to the successful end! I hope we do not have the need....but when the need arises...I will call Mahyar and ready for another success!
